After just messing around with some of the landscaping and scenery options, I have come up with something half-way decent....

I want those palm trees in RCT2. :(

The chain link fences don't really accent the tropical feel all that much. I'd say use the wooden fence that you used around the trees throughout the whole thing.

The fences I used aren't really chain-link, they are a "pirate" mesh-type.... I woulda used the same fence I did for the trees, but whenever I put them along the wall, the bases jutted out a bit, and just looked strange, thats why I went with those. Plus as far as I know, there aren't any low-wooden fences.....

I see the ropes on the poles now, but the fences don't really look right to me. Oh well, it may be best for what you're going for, I'm not sure, I don't have the game yet to know all the scenery items available.

I think the rope fences look great in there. They were actually something that stuck out as looking good. Overall it looks nice so far.

I actually like it a lot. It gives a sort of Tropical/Waterworld (the movie) sort of theme... like maybe an abandoned industrial waterfront set in a tropical environment. It's definitely a unique theme, and I say keep with it!

Theres not to much to comment on, but from what I see it looks nice.

Looks okay.. but finish that amazing RCT2 park you started like a year ago. Please. ... . ..
  • RCTyrant%s's Photo
Ha! You still remeber that? Cause I don't

I haven't played RCT2 in well over a year....and its not even installed on my laptop....
  • posix%s's Photo
    looks whoa.
  • RCTyrant%s's Photo
Well, I restarted and came up with something similar.... I'm still not sure where to go with this park, as it really is just something I am doing to check out the features and different ways to do things in RCT3....

But here are some screens anyways:

BTW, the brick walls are just there for building outlines. Once I get into an "archy" mode, I will work on that....
  • Outlaw%s's Photo
Looking good, I see where the IOA feel comes into play now. I can't wait to see the architecture.
  • Rhynos%s's Photo
Wow! Seems RCT3 brings out the best archy/coaster designer in everyone! This looks like some quality work. I can't wait to get RCT3 for this reason. Awesome work!

    Que magica!!
  • gir%s's Photo
Awesome, it looks beautiful. At first glance the first picture looks eerily real. Please continue working on your Batman recreation though. :D
  • RCTyrant%s's Photo
Heh, thanks for the replies guys....

I want an opinon out of some of you guys though, where do you think I should go with this park? Should I make an "adventureland" or maybe Atlantis? or....whatever, any ideas?

That Batman recreation is progressing slowly gir, slowly but surely. It will be done hopefully by the end of next year

*EDIT* I am interetested in what you guys think of that little rock alcove thing I made in the bottom right, since RCT3 allows for objects to be underwater, I tried throwing some rocks and trees in the water, does that seem to work well visually?
  • hesaid%s's Photo
Yeah, it does, adds to the theme! Good work, keep it up.
