Oh heavens people. Do you really think Indiana is gonna win?
Again....when do Miami and Detroit play? Thats all that matters. -
Corkscrewed Offline
They might if you keep on being so arrogant about it. I mean... look at the Mavs.... -

I worded it wrong... if we win for the 3rd time, we got this thing.
On top of that, the Pacers owned Miami this year. -

HEY FATHA!
Wake up on Monday. Game 1 of the only series in the East that matters. Well, except Pistons/Pacers which was okay.
That was a really classy thing Larry Brown did tonight, calling timeout after Miller was taken out so that the standing ovation could go on longer and everyone, Piston, Pacer, and fan, could pay his/her respects to a great player. Like him or hate him, Reggie Miller undeniably had a stellar career.
Oh yeah, and the Spurs won. And the Sonics didn't have Derrick Fisher to kill the Spurs after Duncan makes a last second shot to [seemingly... last year at least] win the game. Now, to see if the Suns win or the Mavs. Either way, the Conference Finals will be absolutely awesome to watch. -

I just wanted to drop in and say....
Steve Nash!!
He drops 48 and follows it up with a triple-double, with 34!
How do you stop that pick-n-roll? If you come up on him, he'll kill you with a perfect pass to the rolling player. If you play off, he'll burn you with an automatic floating jumper. Off-hand, left-handed hooks, circus shots, 40+% three's.... He's strong for his size, has good quickness, big time endurance. You can't stop him.
He's a legimate league MVP, and he's proving all the naysayers wrong.

Yeah. Nash had a clutch shot tonight to take it into overtime. Then Phoenix won.
It is going to be tough for San Antonio. -

Wow, the Suns pulled it out! Congrats to them on that. I thought the Mavs could have really played dark horse, but I guess next year etc... etc...
Suns/Spurs should be good. They had a great series this year. It'll be 1-2 in both conference finals... as it should be I suppose. This year's playoffs have been excellent. And to think... no Lakers in it... -

Well, here's where I stop caring about the NBA playoffs. Watching Spurs-Suns and Pistons-Heat does not sound interesting to me at all. Wake me when it's over. Better yet, wake me when it's next season. I'll go watch baseball now. (Please A's, stop sucking.) -

dude, both series are gonna be sick. I have no idea who's gonna win either one, and that's a damn good thing. -

And Nash finishes it off by throwing up 38, with one rebound shy of another triple-double, and hits a game-tying three to send it to ovetime!
That was the best performance in a playoff series by a point guard in the history of the NBA! It was a thing of beauty to watch. -

Wow. The Spurs have won the first two games of the series against Phoenix...on the road. Not bad. Then again, we won the first two against the Lakers last year. Oh well. It has been a pretty entertaining series thus far. -

Ok quit talking about the spurs and suns, that one is over... how about the East! where are got an awsome match-up, The Heat got this one, we started out cold comeing off the 9 days off, but now its in gear, imo if we get a split comeing out of Detroit Heat take it in 6 or 7.
And how about the Pistons D stoping Wade? Held him to 40 right? -

For once, I agree with you.I smell sweep. You can't play defense, you don't win a title.
But yeah... the East is where it's at now.
Well, at least until the Suns win 1 of 2 in SA and come back home to see if they can stave off elimination...
