COME ON THE SPURS
me and my mate keep winding each other up as I say the spurs will be this years NBA champions and he says it will be the pistons -

The Sonics wait until just after they've defeated the Kings before losing their whole team to injury. Just fantastic.
PS - Seeing Avery Johnson run out onto the court and slip was one of the funniest things I've ever seen in a basketball game. I still laugh every time I think about that. Oh and the ball bouncing off Rip Hamilton's head and out of the basket too. No basket! -

Wow, Pacers tie the series! Mavs do too... this should be a great set. Hey Amare.. Grizz better than the Mavs now? -

dirk's fadeaway was great. saw this one over at NBA.com, and couldn't believe he made that shot. great effort dirk.
now it's 1-1 and the mavs have a good chance to win this series. it will be hard work, but if dirk plays well everything can happen. -

LMAO!
Good point.
Meanwhile... um... the Heat are looking pretty good. You think the Wiz can win game 4? -

Whaat? Indiana beats Detoit again? Well after starting out 5-0 in the playoffs, the pistons are on an 0-2 slide. -

Yea i sorry, i forgot. (although they could have easily swept. >_>)
I'd be very suprised if Indiana wins tonight, and i too agree that if they do in fact win, then they will win the series. -

Fatha', you're missing out if you're not watching the Indiana-Detroit series. That's been the best semi-final series by far so far. Miama-Washington is a snore-fest (or rather a score-fest if your name is Dwayne Wade). Seattle-San Antonio, blah. Dallas and Phoenix has been interesting at times but mostly it's two offensive powerhouses taking turns giving up tons of easy baskets. I wouldn't count out Indiana. They look very motivated. -

Not sure what Titan and Infernoman are talking about, the the Pacer win WAS game 3... and they don't play tonight (14th).
The the Pacer win definitely surprised me... thought I still have this series going to game 7.
