Located 45 minutes south of Nurnberg, Germany, is a green valley that time has left untouched. Nestled in a sleepy meadow, the Tussaud's theme park group, proudly presents a new venture in the European Theme Park market. Enchanted Kingdom follows the Tussaud's commitment to quality attractions, top notch theming, and quality service.
There are a mere 2 snap shots of this new venture, as ground has just broken on what is sure to be the crown jewel in the Tussaud's family of theme park resorts.
Enjoy. Weekly updates to follow. -

Funny how this really has the feel and spirit of RCT2. I look foward to seeing more of this! -

I think this will turn out amazing. This makes me want to buy RCT3 now, its just so simple, yet so perfect. I really will buy RCT3 when this is finished, keep us updated!
Btw, can u build fences on the path tiles in the full version? -

No fences on paths.....sadly that is one of the least distracting "glitches". The reason I went with a Tussaud's style park, is due to the scenery that is actually "useable". Another agrivating thing. While using the "Building Designer" mode, saving a building does NOT save every single piece of said building. A true pain in the ass.
Learning curve reset to 0.
A patch needs to be released soon. If for no other reason than to stop the intermittent sound blasts that seem to happen out of nowhere. -

So first you want to take over RCT2, and now you want to take over RCT3?
Loving that entrance, its so realistic. -

Actually the park is 175 x 175. I thought about making it larger, but I don't want this first park to be so huge, that I don't finish it.
Speaking of Enchanted Kingdom.....I have some new screens in the archive. They are all of the Arabian Knights Carousel, located just inside the entrance on Enchanted Pond (if someone can think of a better name than that, I'll name a staff member after you). I took several (6) shots of this ride because it took me about 2 hours to build. This game takes FOREVER to make stuff.
Anywho, I think it looks pretty good. You be the judge.
Go here to see the screens. -

This is the best I've seen in RCT3 so far... The building looks good, only thing I don't like are the balconies... They look weird next to the merry-go-round... -

Beautiful...
Too bad I won't be getting RCT3 until christmas. I should finish up PoD before my chances of finishing a solo become nearly impossible.
It looks amazing 'Trix. I was dissapointed in RCT3 from hearing about all the bugs that happen in the game. But these pictures just show me how the 'artistic' parkmaking perspective can be handled in RCT3 . I can already sense an incredible atmosphere just from those carousels. What makes it even more incredible is just the thought of seeing a fireworks show in the backround. -

I love the look of the carousel, i am actually starting to think about buying this game now. Playing the demo though, i can presume that took you a very long time to make!

It took about 2 hours. That said, some of that time was spent having to RE_DO the damn thing, as I discovered a very annoying quirk about the game.
Pay attention to this so you can learn from my mistakes.
If you place scenery at water level, or underwater, and you decide to remove that water (I wanted to get a clearer visual for my underwater scenery, so I took the water away), you CANNOT add the water back again, without first REMOVING ALL the scenery that is at water level or below.
I'm so bloody brilliant that I did this TWICE...once on purpose, then the second time by accident. Those controls are VERY sensitive.
So essentially, I built the lower theming for the lower carousel 3 times.
Another thing. If you build your park in the scenario editor, SAVE OFTEN, as it is very easy with the options tabs placed where they are, to accidentally kick yourself out of the game. -

The first screen is beautiful - especially in the night time. The second screen has a wonderful atmosphere. I like the paths you put under the arches, they look great. -

Beautiful work, however looking those screens makes me feel that I wont get involved with the whole parkmaking aspect of RCT3, I cant see myself being very good at it. I think recs will become a hobby though, lol.
That arabian carousel thing is spot on! -

Can a mod please close this? Apparently my Graphics Card cannot handle this game. The fucking game now completely SHUTS DOWN my system.
I lost everything.......I am not sure I will re-install this piece of shit game after I do get a new graphics card. Shame on Atari. My comp specs FAR exceed the min reqs.
The developers should be drawn, quartered, and then shot.
Hesaid....the Tussaud's park theme stuff is all you baby.
