7.Attack of the Giant Spider! by Jacko Shanty defeats
4.Lucifer's Angels by Metropole
Congratulations to Jacko Shanty, the lowest seed that made it to the Final Four, and obviously the biggest surprise. He's overcome several higher placed parkmakers on his quest there, including 3 seed DarkJanus and now 4 seed Metro. He now goes against the overall favorite natelox, and we'll see if his streak of beating higher seeds continues. Metropole (just like Jacko) turned in a very unfinished entry, and while I felt that if Metro finished, his would have been better, it looked like Jacko put more effort into his and was closer to finishing. Still, a very impressive run for Metropole as well, as he took down Turtle and leighx on his way to the Elite 8.

Congrats Jacko!
Attack of the Giant Spider
I agree this should have won, there was more to it, and the idea was more origional. It was good fun to look at what was there, the idea was great. The thing i didnt like about it was the way all the buildings seemed to have random jumbled up walls, it wasnt so bad in places though. I really enjoyed looking at it, well done on the victory.
Lucifer's Angels
Unlucky man, it would have helped had it been more finished. The station was great, i loved the coaster layouts, one of the best duellers ive seen for sure. I loved the slanted towers on top of the station, they were a great touch. Theres not alot really to say about it, but congrats on getting this far. -

I actually think the duelers were kinda week. They didn't really duel, as all the near misses missed except about one. I think this could have won if completed, but as it was, there was nothing to really do much. I think if the duelers had done a better, crisper job of dueling, it would have won over Jacko.
Jacko's entry wasn't really my style too much, but it showed more creativity. The ride itself was kinda blah, but the spider was cool.
Unfortunately, this was like a battle of which one's worse. Ultimately, it's like Presidential Election: pick the lesser of two bads. Anyway, not the best effort, but that's no testament to the skill you guys have. Good luck against Natelox, Jacko. You'll need it to beat Mr. RCT Gehry. -

Wow, I didn't expect to win at all. Amazing entry, Metro. You obviously had the better coasters, whereas mine was more about the idea. I loved the giant station.. it reminded me of Kevin's "Haunted Mansion". You could have tanned my hide if you finished.
As for mine, it was actually supposed to be a section in Project Nutshell, but I realized that I was running out of time, so I just used it. I was also going to have a bunch of sick "zombie peeps" running around, but my trainers wouldn't work so I just added pandas.
It's a shame we both didn't finish, but good show none the less.
PS: The real name was supposed to be "Urban Sprawl 2: Attack of the Giant Spider", but I thought that would give away the builder. -

Congradulations Jacko. I'll check out your entry ASAP.
Sorry about the total incompleteness of my entry. My computer didn't work for the first week and a half of the competition, and i was on vacation for another week of it. I know I could have done more, but I also wanted to play about on the RCT3 demo. Everything was rushed, including the coaster layouts. I know I can do better duelers...in fact, I will do better duelers someday. I feel that if it was finished, it could have been a solid entry, but I just didn't have the time. So sorry about that.
Looking forward to seeing the other entries.

i loved your station metropole, but the duellers where horrible. i hate horrible duellers... you can rush a non-dueller, but duellers take forever, and need to take forever. blah.
