I Noticed that in all the great parks theres a really cool hotel but when I try to make one i just mess up! Does anyone know what the secret is or am I just a bad at building stuff. Does anyone have one that I can download?

Practise, study and practise some more. Search google for hotel pics. Download parks like Nascar Experience. Parks that feature hotels. No one has it easy. You're no exception!

Theres no real trick to building hotels that I know of. As for the best stand-alone hotels for download on NE, I would try:

Corkscrewed made a nice resort/hotel, called Myttica Resort.
I don't know where you can get it, but I'm sure its around some where.

After completing my first hotel, i can tell you that it is no easy task. It will take you a week of devoted building to get everything perfect on your hotel. Use land as guidlines for yourself and also if you wish to build taller than your screen will allow.
You must understand it is extremely repetitive and boring. I could have fell asleep making my hotel... Just stick with it though, because the end product is always good.
