Probably the best movie I have seen since May.
I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a funny movie. -

Please, Shaun Of The Dead is so six months ago...
But enough about my amazing cutting-edgeness. We all know I kick ass.
It's okay. Nothing special, definately didn't live up to the hype generated by, er, me. Just a solid comedy, is all.
On the otherhand, my opinion doesn't really count, because as I was watching it, the only thing I could think was - "Yeah, this is pretty decent, but, you know, nowhere near as awesome as Spaced."
So, I guess most of you will probably like it better than I did (everyone else I know seems to love it), despite missing out on approximately ten-thousand in-jokes.
(haha... fried gold...)
Also, I'm bitter because the interest generated by that movie killed Spaced-Out.org.uk's bandwidth, thus depriving me of all sorts of amusing conversation on the nature of the broom carried by Mark Heap in the beggining of series one, episode three.
Edit. What the fuck. Spaced-Out is back (Thanks to Channel4 and Paramount?!). I am the happiest* paeodphile alive.

I want to see it, and probably will, but I heard that there was a lot of british jokes and slang that americans might not understand.
Looks good, tough. -

I finally saw the preview for this and definitely plan on seeing it. It looks great. Luckily, though it's a limited release, plenty of movie theaters around me are carrying it. -

I don't think it's quite the limited release the make it out to be.
Sure it might not be on 4000 screens but it's spread pretty wide. -

Has this just got into cinemas in US? It's been out in UK for ages now. I think it's out on DVD actually...
Anyway, I must see it as everyone says it's really good.. -

I saw it! A friend of mine bought the DVD from Amazon UK (lots of cool special features on it too - I bet the US version will have less features, come on two discs, and cost twice as much. oh well). Anyway, I was really looking forward to this one after seeing the trailer. And it was quite funny and quirky, but overall given the high hopes I had, I was a little disappointed. It's still funny, just not as clever as I had hoped it would be. But go see it anyway cause it's a good lot better than First Daughter or Without a Paddle or whatever other crap the ad agencies are trying to make you pay for this week.
PS - In unrelated but still kindof cool news, somebody was nice enough to list me on IMDB. Weird. It only has 2 credits listed out of the approximately 50 films I've worked on, but hey it's a start. -

Ah, except for I Heart Huckabees. Genius. Frickin' genius. I'm gonna name my child Huckabee, that's how genius it is.
Yeah I was kidding about that last part. Maybe. -
