the sea Rhun, the sand worm coaster and the "under the deep sea" submarine ride

and the second screen is from The Hill of Hearing that was the twin of Amon Hen

Although I'm not fully immersed in the themes in this park, theres something about those two new screens that draws me in. Like I know theres a purpose and sub-story that goes with each ride. dont show too much now... ;)

How close are you to being finished???

This park is different, but in a good way. The archy is some of the most unique archy I've seen in a while, the detail for the most part is great. I really think the layout of Rhun is cool looking very unique and crazy. Great work.

    Very cool stuff Makonix!

A fitting tribute to the master! The professor! The legend! J.R.R. Tolkien!

    Keep up the good work!

So, how is this progressing? Sorry to bring this back from limbo, but 1. I'm interested, 2. a previous forecast hasn't at least been revised, and 3. I recall this having an object I'm currently in need of, which I can't seem to find anywhere else that's available (so I guess this should be reason #1... :p ).

Compared to your other screens, those last two are shit - if you want honesty.

Same here. The link in his topic for the scenery from this park is now dead.

it's been a while since I haven't posted any pic from this park, been really busy wih my new job. However I did make some progress, and here is the latest screenshot from the river Anduin area where the Gollum (Smeagol) --one of the river folk Hobbit-kind lived and also some men of Gondor and Rohirrim

this area was so fun to build, peeps can actually enter any house and go inside hobbit's holes, and the actual rides are integrated into the buildings

hope you will enjoy this one :)

Interesting indeed. I too think the picket fences are slightly odd. I'm also not real fond of the green color schemes either. Still though, this is right up my alley in terms of fantasy parkmaking and peep friendliness.

I finaly watched the LOTR series over christmas brake and was amazed by the themes in it and how they mite look in RCT. Id like to recreated the Int's destroying Isengrad myself one day, that seen was insane.

I think your doing nice work, but you lack that smooth kinda look, its sorta patchy and the custom scnery is cool, but not working that well. Your style reminds me of Phatage's to some extent, you both are a little sloppy, but overall the ideas are really great. So keep it up, but try and create a better more flowing atmospher.
