So, today was the day everyone in the UK got their GCSE/A-Level or Standard Grade/Higher/AH results.. What did everybody get?

I got As for Higher Graphic Communication and Advanced Higher French and Bs for Advanced Higher Physics & Maths.

And that concludes my high school education
Now for 5 years of Structural Engineering & Architectural Design...

GCSE's aren't until the 26th actualy.

Ahh well.. I thought they came out the same day as they do up here - sorry

I am also awaiting my GCSE results. For some reason Im not to fussed what I got. Im only really going collegio for the social side of it, so I dont really care what course I get on. Although an A level or Diploma in IT would be nice on my CV.

I couldn't really be arsed this year - I thought that this year was a total waste of time. It's supposed to be about giving the 6th years more freedom and being a bit of an easier year, but it was just a pain in the arse. I hated every minute of it, so I wasn't really bothered about what results I got. Having said that, it's always nice knowing you've done well.

What are you all doing at uni?

I'm kinda looking forward to it.. but a bit nervous as well. Still, I have a driving test and a holiday to get through before then.

I'm lucky to be in a safe position with my uni offer, but i'm still nervous about seeing what I got, cos I want to prove that I deserved the offer I got (having had people have a go at me ever since I got it).

But, i've got my birthday to look forward to on the day before, so i'll be able to forget about the results at least until I have to go to sleep that night lol.

Shit scare me a bit more... I thought I'd missed my results! Hopefully I'm off to Bristol, I already got an A in French last year, I know I got an A in maths, but I need two B's in English and German. I'm pretty sure I'll get them... but you never know I guess.

I'm dreading the 19th. I've only got to get a D in Art to go and do my Foundation Degree in Graphic Design but my school's art course was so shit i might not get it.

We were forced to study classic art, like Van Gogh, Picasso all that stuff, and forced to copy other artist's work for our projects.

i got a 2.2 in my illustration degree. i got the result about 2 months ago now tho. just thought i would share.

it would of been higher if i didn't mess my 2nd year up and leave all my work to the last few months of my third year.

I did my Maths a year early. I did A* Coursework but I think I fluffed the exam. Im dreading it. Ive got a gig the day after though so even if my results suck i'll be fine. I love playing live.

Well, it's mathematics.. so that shortens to maths.
Not math.

And pluralized should probably be pluralised, but Americans have some weird way of using z instead of s.. And taking out all our letters
