Ok I booted Marshy. That's 10 teams, a good number I think, although more are still welcome.

Just to explain how it works... everyone can completely change their team every week, and the prices of players can change. So if you buy Jenas for the bargain he currently his, his value is likely to increase dramatically (especially over the first week with Newcastle's fixture list). You could then sell him for more than you initially paid, and buy a better player with your earnings.

Heh it's funny cos I have no idea about real life players. I just went for the ones I thought were cool.

it's a bit hard though when you don't follow any other league than your own dutch one..

oh well, i took some nice players i saw in euro.. some weren't even that expensive. At first i had no cash with like 6 players though....

Deano's Week Review:
Arsenal seemed to be the team to back this week, the offensive midfielders Pires and Ljungberg scoring especially highly. The Chelsea v. Man Utd was the duff game to back - most of Man Utds first team was out for one reason or another and there was only one goal in it for Chelsea. The clean sheets were also hard to pick out, and Crystal Palace highlighted why you'd be an idiot to buy any of their players. Pana gets the wooden spoon award for the week, but I'm not sure whose team Snoogans United is. Anyway, they're swiftly followed by Evil WME and Scarface in 2nd and third respectively. This coming week sees a sure point buyer in Man Utd v. Norwich, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal all have potential scoring home games. Our league's top score was 70 - the top of the whole game is 135, but there's still plenty to play for going into week 2.

Be prepared for a BarkingLoners comeback - that week was just a warm up.

Yes it will. I think I had a better week this week but I've got to stop picking Chelsea players because you never know who is going to play with that team.

i'm certainly not going to be able to access this next week so i got sorta a two week thing now.. one player i know won't play the first week so is all there for the second, and the rest is more of a first week thing.. hope i remain somewhere near the top after these two weeks..

would hurt to throw away my leading position versus all these englishmen .

I'm catching up WME... Henry and Smithy did me proud up front last week, now I sorted my tactics to 3-4-3, I've got the extra points up front too. I would do a week review but I'm not really with it right now, not enough time cos I'm heading off to Reading this w/e. I've fixed my team though and I'm confident I'll be hitting the top sooner or later.

I would probably be about level or maybe above you if i didnt pick Malbranque. I left him in last week hoping hed be back (i cant find anything about his injury) bcoz i would lose so much money on him.

Malbranque's still out for tonights game, I'd cut my losses and sell him before you lose anything else if I were you. I think he's back for next week though.

i feel like i'm in a learning process though, i had some luck the first week with Sorensen (great keeper, but how much does a keeper really say in a clean sheet?) and i think i had a good amount of luck the second as it increased my scoring from 70 to 150. The catching up you'll do in week 4, definitely, when i totally have a wrong team there..
