General Chat / Anyone here playing PES?

Well, the game owns so I thought I ask if anybody else is playing it. If that's the case, this can be sort of the official PES thread.

It could be good to know that the WE - Series also count in here, as it's the same game but it is named different in different regions.

In my opinion, FIFA sucks compared to the PES - series. What I love in PES is the feeling, the ball physics and the player's physics and the small delicious moves you can do. And, graphically, I think PES looks better, not so plastic as in FIFA. Then, I never grow tired of it. In master League, I'm playing my fifth season. Even more lasting the game becomes when you play against your friend (or enemy). I mean I'd give it a 10/10.

got it too, don't play it much though. I have the spanish version too.. that sucks since i can't understand the commentary. and i turned it off too.

Yes. I have all 3. I can't believe people still pay money for FIFA games with PES around.

Ive been playing it since it started off as ISS on the snes...then the gameplay was better on PES...

I recently made a direct volley goal from 32 metres in quite a bad angle and the thing is in Fifa that wolud be no problem but in PES you really need to practise to get it right...

I just need to find more bad things about Fifa and good things about PES all the time but that's not really hard

In fifa 2004 theres a glitch that makes some players invisible for a few seconds.

I like fifa mostly for the real side to it. I like competing in the premiership, with all the premiership teams. + i'd rather beat Arsenal 5 - 0 than beat London. Doesnt have the same feel....

I do like the fifa gameplay anyway, but my next game will probably be PES..

Yeah that's one of Fifa's good sides, the licenses, but in pes you can change the name of all players and I have changed the most of them... it took a long time but it was worth it. And it's a pity you can't play real leagues and cups - apart from Champions League. So I hope to see real names and team names in coming PES - games.

And now that I own WE8 (yes it's japanese but i have d/l a patch translating 70% of the game) I'm even more addicted to it... that's great
