Custom Scenery Exchange / Thought you guys would like this

All the complaining about scenery with the qftbx things and other stuff made me aware of how most people aren't aware of the easy solution. Here is a link to the thread that has the dl for Ja227's Object extracter, with instructions attached with the zip file. Basically, you spend about 5 seconds a park extracting their objdata (which automatically goes to your default folder) before you enter the game and then no matter how many new parks you open, as long as you used this program the game only has to check the scenery once. Its not instant literally, but a hell of a lot better than what you guys are witnessing. This has been out for a while, and I honestly thought more people used it so sorry for not telling you guys about it sooner.
There is the occasional instance when it appears the program works but when you load the game, it still has to check the files, but its something like 1 in 10 which is better than 10 in 10. It took me in loading times like 3 minutes total on a computer made in 1997 to load all the qftb rct2 entries with this thing; I reccommend you dl and use it.

Woah... This looks nice.
Thanks for the heads up phatage. This will probably be very useful.
I'm going to download Phantasia now. -

Ah, now i could really do with something like that as it does get extremely annoying when downloading parks. So, thanks Phatage, i can also now download Phantasia.

This thing is a revolution for rct2. I always thought something like this what could come in handy but never knew it existed. Thanks Phatage and Ja227. -

all of you can check out my entry nero's fury now, which is in the inverters bracket. It is a nice entry in my opinion but a lot of people either went to download toons straights away (which is understandable) and not bother trying to open mine which is nigh on impossible before this little invention.
I will see if it works! -

I got Nero's Fury open and the Object Extracter only helped slightly. I still needed 2 objects and those were:
mknp35: One of Makonix's Natural Elements- Plants. For this I suggust you
go here and download his Natural Elements- Plants pack and put them all in your Objdata folder cause I am not sure how many of them you'll need.
path3mky: Buggy's Red Crazy Brick Path with Rainbow Queue
Also make sure you downloaded Legacy's zip in the QFTBX Inverts thread.
For those of you who still can't get Nero's Fury open here is an overview screen of it:
Phatage: Thanx for the program. It will be very useful in the future. -

Here he comes to save the day!
Life-saver, it is. It helped with loading time MAJOR, but I had to figure out how to use it first, lol. -

I'm not downloading this. I got enough shit on my computer.
Plus, I have patience. Something that most of the RCT community doesn't. -

Why does it take some of you that long to load a park? On my old computer it ook like 3 mins, on my new one it takes a couple of seconds...
Why does it take so long for some of you? -

Haha don't make me laugh, Steve. If you have the patience to do what I had to for the QFTB then good on you, but I consider myself quite a patient person.Plus, I have patience. Something that most of the RCT community doesn't.

I gave it my first shot and i'm not sure if it worked, but then again the thing loaded! Thanks Phatage. -

just like to say a personal thanks to rctfan, who showed a pic of my qftb entry and guided people on how to get it open, and to phantage who released this very useful program. So Thanks! -

OK I can extract the file but after the Black box goes away real quick. How or what file do I look for to see if it worked or not?Edited by bl665, 12 December 2007 - 11:10 PM.

I never got this tool working, but when you can open the *.sv6 after you let the tool run it without the extracting object bar loading it worked I guess.
