Damn, no one mentioned Marble Madness...
Lemmings is the most addicting AND most annoying game on the planet... I love it.
Hello, Frogger?
And yes, Pong still kicks ass. When are they going to make a PS2 version with better graphics, the square "ball" drives me nuts. -

What I don't get is why no one has mentioned any of the "Leisure Suit Larry" series? -

Lemmings, TIM, Dune 1 and 2, The King's Quest series, Masters of Magic, Blood & Magic, the 7th Guest, Discworld 1 and 2, the Zork series, Shivers...............sweet memories! Most of them don't run on XP (or even Win 95/98 for some), alas!!

Cant believe no one has mentioned my favorite game ever - Crusader: No Regret. Or No Remorse. But No Regret was better. Too bad XP doesn't run DOS games. What I would do to play that again.
That and the original Age of Empires. Give me those two games that work and I'll be happy for the rest of my life. -

I have Crusader: No Regret but it is all but a sweet sweet memory for me as my computer is too advanced to play it. How bad does that suck? I cant play the orginal Commandos either for the same reason. -

I have an old Apple/BBC computer in my loft which has BugHunter on it, also BugHunter II: In Space which is hard as nuts. Does anyone remember them? The 1st one's level codes were Street Adresses. -

classic?
klotski and ski free, dude.
as for not so classic...
return to zork. They made it a graphical game for windows, which, when I was 8 or 9 was a bit too technically challenging for me to beat, though I did get pretty far... (I haven't played it since). My fave part was in the beginning, i got a kick out of killing the drunk who offers you rum =P

Anyone remember Lode Runner? I recently found it online, and it brought back old memories of playing with my best friends. Ya, we had no life. But it was fun.
I'm also looking for another game that was on Macs. It featured some little dudes that you could customize, they had like rollerskates, sunglasses, different color hair, shoes, and the like. You took them through different maze like puzzles, or just weird puzzles. ONe particular on I remember was making a pizza for a tree stump. You had to get it just right, or he'd get mad and eat your little pals. I think.
Anyway, I've had some Mac game nostalgia, but I can't seem to remember the name of this game. Anyone know what the heck I'm talking about? I'm pretty sure the game was published by Sierra, but that's just a guess seeing as Lode Runner was made by them. Well, published by them.
Enough rambling.
You can download the Windows version of Load Runner at the following website:
http://loderunner.as...data/lr_tlr.exe
Or just play online:

dude, anyone know where i could find the old windows 3.1 version of klotski?
I think it was packaged with solitaire (not the card game), the golf game, skifree, and one other game for 3.1...
