Lately I've been searching around for a lot of the old PC games like Commander Keen and such, and there's one I can't find even a name for, but I remember playing it.
There were levels like mazes, a lot of them, and a little guy that walked around, could push certain things, and slipped on ice. And there were monsters too.
Anyone remember the name of the game?
Also, other classic PC games are welcome here too, just I'm really looking for the name of this one. -

I know its not really old but Deus Ex is worth a mention, its just sooooo good.
Also Sam and Max: Hit the Road and Grim Fandango, absolute genius.

I remember playing that all the time. I think we got up to level...uh...either 6, 16, or 60. I can't remember, but I think it had a six in it.
Anyway, don't forget Jezzball. There's a site that has a download for it, but I can't find the link. Google it.
Edit - Found this link for Classic Games.
Edit 2 - Alright, there is a very tricky trail you have to follow. It leads to this page, and says that the last word is the password (he provides the username). I can't seem to find the password, so if you get it, please post it.
Edit 3 -Screw it, I found a different site that has it. Only Chip's Challenge though.Clicky. -

Commander Keen and Chips Challange were a couple of the games that got me to beg my parents to get a computer. Those two along with Civilazation (the first one) and Railroad Tycoon (agian, the first one) were great too. Good times.

Nigel's World or something where you took pictures, had that and some Vector game (not Vector man, it was nothing but vectors and you went around in a cheap tank getting flags). -

I remember the orignal Wolfenstein which was really fun along with Doom. I did master Chip's Challenge, but I haven't played it in awhile. -

I used to be addicted to Lemmings... LOL.
And of course Commander Keen, Doom, Wolfenstein, Duke Nukem, and a ton of others that I'm probrably forgetting.
Those were the good ol' days... *dreams* -

I'm trying to find this game, where there were 2 players, and they has triangles (I think) for heads. And you threw blocks and stuff at other blocks to make them go away. And in the end you fight a evil teddy bear or soemthing.. -

Thats no computer game, thats the effects of LSD.I'm trying to find this game, where there were 2 players, and they has triangles (I think) for heads. And you threw blocks and stuff at other blocks to make them go away. And in the end you fight a evil teddy bear or soemthing..
I used to play commander Keen, Nuke Nukem 1,2 & 3D , Wolfenstein, SimCity and SimCity2000, the original command & conquer, the games on the mega drive where you had to control military vehicles and the first mission was in washington and if you wanted you could blow up the white house.
I think it was called desert storm or something and then there were loads of spins offs from that that were also pretty good games like Jungle Storm, Soviet Storm etc. -

Hahaha I've still got most of my classics, unfortunatly windows is homosexual and refuses to run DOS games, when it does the sounds dont work. My fav RPG's were sam and max hit the road, so funny! And Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. Good times. I used to be really adicted to Transport Tycoon too, guess im a CS fanatic really. I used to have duke nukem 1, 2 etc upto 3D, Doom, SC2000, Wolfenstein, Commander Keen, some game where you were a rabbit and you had to go round collecting carrots to charge ur gun, it was like a mix between CK/duke nukem 1/sonic.
There was also SIM Farm, tower, ant, island etc.
I remember the first 3D game I played on was called TFX, still got that lol, its just a flight sim but your one of the american fighters, its good. Then the first game I was ever truely addicted to was theme park, I would play that from the early hours right through to night. Then along came Red Alert, Ohhh boy, that and C&C were so mint! I somehow ended up with Little Big Adventure too, lol that was a crazy game. Oh and there was one called Constructor which was really good but my CD doesnt work any more and I cant find it on Kazza or anything.
I miss those games, the pioneers, they were so good. The only games I've really became addicted to in the last 5 or so years have been the Heroes of Might and Magic series (both RPG and strategy versions), roller coaster tycoon, champ manager series and Imperium Galactica 1 and 2. All of todays games are pretty much a race for the best graphics, they miss out on the game play which the older games were soaked in. Oh well. -

Chip's Challenge! It took me a long time, but I got to like the last level of that game.. then couldn't go on I think. At least I don't remember an ending... but I still might have all the level passwords somewhere...
Some of those levels were HARD. Especially the one where you have to cross a huge room full of bugs/monsters. -

Classic PC games? Gotta be Transport Tycoon, thats if 1997 is considered as classic.
I also find the original Command and Conquer to be quite classy too.
