    XBOX hands down. Or you could wait for the next generation...

    And whoever said Xbox has a bad game selection, they're half right. PS2 = more games, XBOX = better quality games (most of the time anyway).

    Here are some great picks for the box:

    Halo
    KotoR
    Ninja Gaiden
    Chronicles of Riddick
    Crimson Skies
    + any good games on other systems are probrably better on the box

    And tons more too look forward too.

    Ok. I've decided on getting an XBOX for sure now. The only thing I need are game suggestions.

    Games I'm Looking At
    Halo: Combat Evolved
    Grand Theft Auto Double Pack (Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City)

    Also, why is everyone saying the PS2 has more games? The games on the PS2 are also on the XBOX, except some games like GTA:SA, but that'll make it's way over to the XBOX sometime...

    Another thing is, I'll be getting a next-gen console when it comes out. It's called Christmas... :D

    Another good game is Ghost Recon and Ghost Recon: Island Thunder. And Rainbow Six 3. I like Tom Clancey games, books, movies, etc.

    Final Fantasy, and Resident Evil are some great games that are on the PS2 and not on Xbox. I got the PS2 mainly for Final Fantasy 10 though.

    N64 was the best(besides PS2, XBOX, Gamecube). One game made it the best - GoldenEye 007. Super Nintendo is a close second.

    but yeah, spend it on CD's, and gas, or skip those occasionally and buy a cymbal like I do.

    I would go with the ps2, i have both, my xbox is newer but i play myt ps2 all the time. Driv3r for the ps2 is upposed to be better than xbox.. but they are both pretty bad. PS2 is better for drivin games IMO coz the main directions buttons arent analogue. A plus side to the xbox is that you can have 4 controllers plugged in without going to buy an adapter for more. RCT is on the xbox too :yup:
