I Lived in Seattle for about a year and I loved it. It's fun and damn beautiful. Only problem was that it rained too much. Still my favorite city though.

I'd have to say Memphis Tennessee, I love Sun Records.

I would have to say NYC in the Big Apple. Although I've only been there once, it was the most amazing 2 days of my life. I also feel very priveledged to say that I have been on top of the World Trade Center.

My 3 favorite cities are probably:

San Diego, CA - I usually live there too, so that's good
Paris, France - Very pretty and lots to see, with good public transportation. If only the people weren't so gloomy and grumpy all the time.
New York, NY - It's a big city with a lot to see.

I don't like most of the LA area (right around the city), as well as Pittsburgh.
  • Metropole%s's Photo
Hm, since the topic's been revived:

    Prague
    Barcelona
    LA

Wolverhampton, UK... 'cos I is from there. :)
I have not really been abroad that much, apart from the odd place in Spain. So Barcalona would probably be second. Birmingham (UK) is a nice city too.

I would have to say Sarasota, FL and Atlanta, GA are my two favorite cities, with Chicago, IL coming in third.
  • Panic%s's Photo
Ah yes. The last time I posted in this was in the pre-Switzerland era of my years.

European cities own North American. Paris and Geneva, even though I only saw Geneva for a total of maybe half an hour.

Can't say that I would die to return to any city, however. My favorite places, that I am nostalgic for, are all towns and places in the country.

P.S. Infernoman is officially awesome for bringing up all these good old topics.

...would have to say Sarasota, FL and Atlanta, GA are my two favorite cities...

Out of the small handful I've been to, I'd have to agree. I'd then place St. Petersburg, and Clearwater right beneath those. Then, well, Orlando, Tampa, and Boston can just go shove it. I hate them, really. I've never been anywhere else. My life is boring.

Anyways, I would like to travel to all the major cities in the following countries:

    Canada
    Finland
    France
    Germany
    Japan
    Iceland
    Norway

If there's any more you think I'd like, based upon the list, please tell me!
