    RCT2 takes 3 minutes to load for me. LL takes about 7 seconds.

    For me, RCT2 can take up to 10 minutes to load, that is, including opening a park as well. Maybe even more, if it has to install new objects.
    Try to throw away all the scenarios, that helps a little bit.
