    -Download mIRC. http://www.mirc.com
    -Connect to irc.magicstar.net
    -Register your nickname ( /nickserv register yourpassword youremail )
    -Join channel #newelement

    And whenever you have a registered nick, and you sign off and later sign on again, dont forget to identify with nickserv ( /nickserv identify yourpassword ).
