I thought Shoe Gazer was a term coined by the NME [666] to describe bands of the dream-pop ilk such as My Bloody Valentine who stared at their shoes whilst playing due to their utter focus on the music.

Hmm.. Yeah you're right about me gazing. In general, our band lacks something called energy or stage presence. Except for the guy with the strat. But he's just goofy. Oh well, he pulled off a solo behind his back, and was wanting to do a slide solo with a beer bottle, behind his back, but we didn't let him.
