IT'S MATISYAHU!!!!!
I just found about Matisyahu. He's got some great music. Does he recieve much air play in America? And for the record, he is not Amish. He is Hasidic Jewish. -

A few days ago one of my friends told me to listen to King Without a Crown. I assumed it was some Jamaican reggae guy, but then I saw a picture...
The fact that he was anti-marijuana should have been a tipoff.
Some interesting music, though. Not quite my cup of tea but I'll listen to it here and there. -

70-90 lbs is a hell of a weight gain. Holy shit.
Anyway. Winter track is over (for me anyway, I have no plans to qualify for states) in a week and a half. Then, in the 2 months I have until spring track starts, I expect to gain 10 lbs.
Thus is the key to gaining weight for skinny people like us. Condition your body to get used to athletic activities, so that it doesn't know what to do when you get lazy. -

I'm going to have to stop eating so much when swimming gets over. Right now, I can eat about anything I want (assuming not a lot of sweets/greasy fast food) and a lot of it and I'll burn it off in practice. As skinny as I am right now, I think my genes will start to play against me after too long.. I expect I'll end up somewhere around 175-180 at the end of college.
