I'd say Paul Elstak has invented Hardcore and the top-hardcore artists are D-Passion, D-Spirit, Dione, E-Noid, Endymion, Evil Activities, Jappo, Lenny Dee (he's American ), Nosferatu, Ophidian, Outblast, Partyraiser, Promo, Rude Awakening, Shadowlands Terrorists, Tieum, Tommyknocker, Unexist & Vince

micheal im probably the only person who knows what ure talking about,the hardcore scene is crap at the minute tho imo and the fact thats theres hardely artists doesn't help
