Me at my first college swim meet, about a month ago.

"A fourth-time high school All-American and was named 14-time All-Ohio while swimming for Hudson High School ... Named the Northeast Ohio Conference Swimmer of the Year in 2012 ... Held 13 high school team records ... Four-time high school state qualifier ... Received the Greater Akron Touchdown Club Swimming All-Star Award in 2010, 2011 and 2012 ... Competed at three USA Junior Nationals in 2010 and 2011 ... Traveled to Viena, Austria, for the United World Games in 2007, where he won a gold and silver medal ... Competed in club swimming for H.E.A.T. (Hudson Explorers Aquatics Team)."

There's always a chance, but it's very small right now. As impressive as all that sounds, I'm still a long way from being good enough to make the olympic team. I'm not even the best on my college team by any means, and even our best swimmers aren't good enough to make it. I've got four years to train and try to make it obviously so it's a ways away and a lot can change, but it's going to take some work.

Yeah haven't done those for a while, I do teach them though during the summer.

So true about the black line and the roof though. I've gotten used to it by now but during high school it was awful, especially when the pool I swam at had no windows and the walls were plain white. It felt like prison haha.

The best advice I can give to you Maverix, if you want to make the olympics, is to give up everything for your sport as soon as you can, focus on your sport totally and never give up on it, you'll get there if you've got the natural talent and ability and combine it with intense training. I wish i'd never given up my athletics and had stuck with my original plan.

As much as I would love to do that, I also have a dream of becoming a roller coaster designer and/or work in the Amusement Industry, which involves studying to become a Mechanical Engineer. So I've got to focus on that as well. Fortunately, though, the timing works out as the next Olympic trials will be about a month or so after I graduate college so I'll be at the peak of my ability at the right time.

I only acted like him once right after some girls asked for a picture. The only bad thing about it is I normally wear glasses, so most of the time I had them on and it was not as clear who I was. One person even though I was Bill Gates *shrug*
