i actually like owl city a lot.

i came across his myspace page back when he had less than 5 thousand friends, and was like 'whoaa, this guy has some interesting sounding stuff!'
and then after he got pretty popular from his first album, i started noticing quite a few kids listening to him and thought it was pretty awesome.

all of a sudden he basically exploded in popularity, and his music is everywhere now.
they had it playing on american idol last night and i was like wtf?


but either way, i'm glad he got big.
though the music is pretty fruity, i like his honesty and passion for it.
he's got my respect, not to mention he's such a nice dude as well.
