But anyway, this is from last weekend at about 5 in the morning. I was adding onto my K-nex tower... I'm in there somewhere.

Does that actually work? Whenever I used to make something that epic it fucked up in some way.

Um, it depends...
For the most part it works. I'd say at least 50%. The problem is when you get it going fast down the angle of entry (45*), any little bump will send the thing flying into the increasing indention in the drywall. But yeah, it works assuming the ball rotation is the same (which is is due to the entry mechanism I made). I'll try and get a pic of the whole thing sometime... there's 13 tracks on it and it takes up the whole room.
