What times, according to the board clock, would you be online?

Well, being European and all, i'll be online on the times that most people won't be online. Since i do get online for a sec in just the morning, i could eliminate any potential bad posts that were made for most of you all's late late late night and stuff. I'm on as frequently as infrequently tho. (A lot, ranging to very little; tho i think it's very little that i'm on very little, so basically a lot to decent)

Why do you want to be a mod?

Well, i've been around a long while, and if i'm around anyways why wouldn't i want to be one. I'd actually do something useful for the site too.

As a mod, what would one of the first actions you take be?

I don't have a first action, and i guess i'll handle as the problems come along. I could "clean up" as some people prior to me said; of course i'll do that. If it'd be within my power i could "delete" NEIS, since it's not being worked on anymore. I could also throw around authority to people that i dislike, although i guess i could do that now without authority. I'd definitely attempt to tone certain people down. I'd also like to make it my business more to welcome noobs to the site. Several topics that contain screenless parks, helpless noobs, etc. have terrible people flaming them and stuff. I'd try and deal with the flamers and the noob, then.

Do you have prior experience?

Nope, but very willing to learn if there is anything to learn.

Shouldn't? heh. I guess this is the part where you have to be negative about yourself. Well, for one thing, i have trouble doing that about myself. I might not look at what i could have done better or did wrongly. But of course i'd try and minimilize that. And i think i might have ideals that aren't hardly worth striving for, because they are unrealistic. But that could be a good thing too. Oh, and i'm just another power hungry lama that wants to be a mod just for the hell of it, in a way. And i'm sarcastic too, and sarcasm doesn't travel well over forums.

1. Id be online whenever I need to be, as I have loads of free time because of no school. I dont plan to get a job for a couple of months now because of my exam in 4 weeks. I could go online from the minute I wake up to the minute I go to bed, but I'm not that sad. As somebody else mentioned, while all you americans are in bed dreaming, I would be online.

2. I enjoyed being a mod at the station, just browsing the topics, editing stuff and having the power to do so. It would be cool to mod here, as its one of my main "visited" sites.

3. Not many first actions, well, just one: Id start by PMing Metal and telling to remove that damn sig and changing his member title. I would just do what everone else does, close useless topics.

4. Yup, I have modded at the station, and at an Rct site which has closed down (cant remember the name).

What times, according to the board clock, would you be online?
Most summer days I'll be on midday-ish (10 AM - 4 PM CST) and after 8:00 PM, depending on my job schedule.
I've had the job for about a month now and it hasn't done anything to hinder my NE-time.
And with school out in two days (four more finals!) I'll have more than enough free time again.
Why do you want to be a mod?
I cannot help NE financially, and I feel that something is owed because I enjoy NE so much. I've asked before that if anything was ever needed, I'd be willing to lend a hand. I also think I'd be a good moderator, I've done it before and have the experience dealing with people and situations.
As a mod, what would one of the first actions you take be?
Petition to merge NE's redundant forums - make NE more efficient that way.
Sort through the tangled mass of useful and useless topics that are the Advertising District.
Make NE more enjoyable for everyone.

Yes, I was a moderator at RCT Station prior to the first closing.
Why *shouldn't* you be a mod?
I tend to hold grudges, albeit they are not *serious* ones.
It'd distract me from my RCT work.
I'd probably be more picky about "useless-ness" in things than others.
I'd be more strict about the "un-written" rules and forum etiquette.

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST, plus random times on weekends....when I get DSL in the next month or so, I'll probably be online, in addition to above, from 5pm-12am EST and a lot more on weekends.

To help my #1 favorite website in anyway I can. Especially by catching spammers and trollers in the act....also by cleaning up / deleting un-nessecary posts....organization of forums...

To help out with the site, and stop people spamming up every topic with useless nonsence.

I would make a topic to say 'YAY IM A MOD, dude.' and i would then delete the next day and call it spam.

Im a mod at the moment over at the depot (www.rctdepot.com) although i havent been visisting very often lately. Ive been here. Im also admin at the RCT: d forums (www.rctdimension.com/forums). However theres rarely anything to do there.

Im a fat wimp and people would walk over me, admire the view then kick me where it hurts. Im not hugley popular here, and i tend to spam without noticing it sometimes, eer, ok, often.

From noon to midnight.. give or take a couple hours. I'm getting surgery beginning summer too, so I probably won't leave the house at all for a really long time.. giving me a lot of time to go on the computer.
Why do you want to be a mod?
So I can hold a better place in the community. I'm a "middle-of-the-mill" member, and I think I owe this site something. It looks fun too, to have the power.
As a mod, what would one of the first actions you take be?
I'd probably do whatever I was assigned, or needed help the most. Rid topics of annoying posts, or encourage annoying people rather than flaming them. Aside from the "job" aspect, I think it would be fun to help brainstorm new ideas for contests, or new forums.

I'm a newb. I haven't been around the site, or the community that long. So I don't have that much of an established reputation, nor do I have as much knowledge of the community as many others here.

On weekdays maybe 4-6 (P.M.) Pacific. On weekends usually noon-6 P.M, and sometimes 8(AM) -noon

What times would you be online?

School isn't over for another month, so during school: From around 3pm to 10pm Eastern. During the weekends could be from anywhere from 9am to 12midnight. I can't predict the summer, but it should be along the same lines as a weekend.

Why do you want to be a mod?

I want to be a mod because I would do my best to help out the community. I'd close topics, move threads, etc. I'd also like to help think of new things to add to the main site, like Jacko stated-new contests, etc.

I'd probably end up just closing a thread. I'd also be telling all the other mods, "Hey look at me, I'm a mod. We should like, be best friends." Yeah okay, not really. That'd be cool though, I guess.

Not really. I mod Six Frags' site but that has about...I dunno, 20 members? Thats about it.

I post complete shit about 80% of the time. Plus, I don't really do anything for the community in the first place. All I do is advertise a park, then spam up every fucking topic. But still, yeah. Steve for mod. Please.

What times, according to the board clock, would you be online?
I live in a place where almost nothing goes on. My daily schedule is usually go to school, hang out with friends, personal matters, and I spend at least a couple hours daily here at NE. During the school year I'm usually on at 7:00 to 9:00. During the summer I'm on even longer, but not too much.


Why do you want to be a mod?
I've never actually been a mod for a website, but I think it would be interesting to try it out. I just like to try out new things. I do my best to help out with anything, even for a website. I love visiting NE, its such a great place to talk about random issues and to mainly talk about a video game most of us enjoy playing in our spare time. I want to help keep this place up and running and I think it would be great to help plan out future competitions etc. I'm starting graphics sometime this summer, but not sure when exactly, probably more around the beginning of next school year. So I might be able to help out with the site graphics soon.

If I became a mod, I would probably just browse the forums like I reguarly do. I would act as if I was just a regular member and if I saw something unnessecary or just plain stupid, I would move the topic, close etc. So, probably just move something or close a topic if necessary, and be helpful....yeah

Just about every day...in the summer it would be any time in the day (and late at night) and in the other seasons it would be any time between 4 PM and 9 or 10 PM.

I like to help out! RCT and RCT2 are some of my fav. computer games. I, sometimes, build custom scenery (rare though). I think being a Mod for these forums would be great fun!

Clean the boards of unuseful stuff.
