Built secretly in two weeks, I present Golden Coast Park.
Golden Coast Park (For RCT:LL)
This is a mini park intended to be an entry for a competition somewhere. It features a nicely designed wooden coaster situated along the beach. It has two flats as well; El Diablo and Salsa Dance. I didn't include any food stalls in the park because I didn't feel like it.
Enjoy!
(You'll find this at RCTHQ's Exchange as well!) -

Your woodie pleases me.
hehe.
Nice job. The realism is wonderful, and the coaster looks great too. -

Really cute.
I liked the woody. The fact that you're playing LL, I like even more
Next year or so, I would love to work with you, Drew. -

@freak: Thanks. I'm glad they please you.
@Posix: We definitley should. Only one thing though, it has to be LL.
@Mkyslpknt: Yeah, you should.
Anymore comments? -

I feel like the poor kid that didn't get new shoes at the beginning of the school year. -

I like the park, but I don't like that you're using LL. (Not that it's a bad thing, I just like RCT2 better.) -

Thanks for the replies.
I myself find RCT so much better than RCT2 right now. I have a funner time playing RCT than RCT2. When my other parks are done, I'll have to do more in RCT... -

Lol. Practice does help. I've made a couple of good ones in the past, though, all deleted.I thought you said before that you weren't good at woodies...

I'd need to look at it in game to be sure, but isn't that one heck of a drop of the final loop into the brake run? Looks a bit fast, but maybe it isn't.
Other than that, it looks like a rather organized/realistic effort, with a nice coaster. Hard to say much else since I haven't looked in game yet, and well, there's a lot of double-wide dirt, a bit overkill on that maybe.
Good job though...best wishes in the contest. -

What the hell are you on about? I don't see a loop...I'd need to look at it in game to be sure, but isn't that one heck of a drop of the final loop into the brake run? Looks a bit fast, but maybe it isn't.

Same here, although my mouse sucks so its annoying to play RCT period.I myself find RCT so much better than RCT2 right now. I have a funner time playing RCT than RCT2. When my other parks are done, I'll have to do more in RCT...
Anyways, nice park, best realistic park/design/whatever I've seen in quite a while. The woodie was nice, too. -

Not a loop, loop. A helix, loop around.
It looks ok, but not anything special. But then its not often i see some nice LL work. (nice LL as in my opinion) -

The coaster layout is great, but I was a bit underwhelmed by the rest. Mainly because it looked like parts of it were built on a bit of a whim, so there are lots of conflicting themes going on that make it difficult to really build an atmosphere. Like, that top spin area was very adobe-ish, but then the scrambler had the pink walls round it, and then there was the other building with the two path arches going in the sides with the corner window at the front (something i'm not too keen on).
But don't get me wrong, it's cool to see you experimenting and playing LL (even though your rct2 stuff looked very nice) and the coaster was much fun to watch (definitely not too fast on the last drop - a nice coast into the brakes if you ask me).
Good job. Looking forward to that collaboration with Posix now
