Custom Scenery Exchange / Water Spout (with a strobe-light effect)

    Heres on of my first objects:

    Its the water spout already in the game, but it has a flash like a strobe light
    (zipped, unzip to objdata)

    you can't tell by the SS, but you can see 2 color options
