Ive always wanted to know if anyone here has known anyone or group of famous people because, well, just because.
Give a description and where you met them.
Like this:
Ashton Kutcher
Been in Buttlerfly Effect, starred on That 70s show, etc.
Met in his home tome in Iowa.
My dad also works with his cousin; the cousin thinks ashton is an ass.
Kurt Warner
Quarterback for the St. Louis Rams, once worked as a bag boy in a grocery store.
Met him in his home town in Iowa.
Been to couple of his games.
Jessica Simpson
singer
Met her in a store in Dallas (both our hometowns).
Been to a concert and VIP passes (personally gave em to me)
Finch
Band
Met backstage at a concert because my friend has a band inspired by them. -

Interesting.
Jessica Simpson, basically the same way you did, though I met her at a school, (the high school she attended), at a concert. Got lost and ended up chatting a bit with Nick, moreso than Jessica unforutnitly though.
Kelly Clarkson, my sisters college friend came from the same small town as Kelly, so everyone knew each other. She took the liberty of introducing us to her when we visited...
And thats about it.... -

Last night, I met Guster! After their opening set, reaching out to the fans, they were off to meet the people. I left mere seconds after they finished Fa Fa, and already the line stretched around the backside of the arena. Insane. Must have been 600 people, probably more. But in 30 minutes' time, John Mayer came on, and so many of the kids ran off to see him. He's dreamy like that. Meanwhile, the many of us Gusterrhoids stuck around to see our favorite band. When I finally got there, I met Adam, Joe, Ryan, and Brian. Awesome. They were really nice guys. They signed my road journal book (see below), which Brian (the bongo guy) was pretty happy about since he's the writer of the road journals. It was so cool. The members of Guster are all fun, down-to-earth guys. They were totally sincere with me and everything, even after signing their new CD for a few hundred people who hadn't heard of them previously. I felt kinda bad for Bongo Bri though...all that bongoing away, his hands were many grotesque shades of the color purple, and I was making the poor man sign my book. I guess it was okay since he wrote it. He was especially cool, he seemed kinda shy when he was all happy that I had his book, and when my mom told him he was incredible (which he is...best percussionist of all time, in my opinion). So, rock on Guster.
The Best of the Guster Road Journals
Written by Brian Rosenworcel (aka Bongo Bri, Thundergod, the Legendary Conguero, etc.)
Signed by all the members of the band Guster

Sometime last year I met Matt Freije at my friend's house. My friend's sister is dating him, and I shook his hand and talked for awhile. We're planning to go up there and stay with him in the dorm sometime soon but haven't gotten around to it yet due to our busy schedule for baseball. And for those of you who don't know Matt Freije he's the star player for Vanderbuilt, scored 31 points in their NCAA Tournament upset over NC State, and is a projected first rounder next year for the NBA draft. Guy does it all. -

i know Derek Hess. slept at his house a couple of times. almost had sex with a fangirl of his.
i couldn't concieve him having fangirls at all. he looks like he's forty year old, and there are 16 year olds that would sew their cunts shut after fucking him. some bullshit, that is. -

Chris Klein's mom was my preschool and kindergarten teacher. Really nice lady.
Too bad he had to go to the good-for-nothing highschool here.
Eric Crouch, now mind you, I'm not proud of having met him. He's really worthless.
I also don't know if "famous" describes him. Hell, I wouldn't have a clue if he wasn't from Nebraska.
And those local bands. -

Byron Davis
Singer in the band God Forbid
Met him during the Headbangers Ball Tour show at Irving Plaza, talked to him for about 10 minutes before he went off into the crowd.
Randy Blythe
Singer in the band Lamb of God
Met him same time as above.
"Hey Randy, why aren't you drunk yet?"
"Why? Cause I haven't cracked open this bottle of champange yet, that's why"
Jesse Leach
Former singer of Killswitch Engage
I've never physically met him, but we've exchanged e-mails.
My lucky bastard of a friend found a backstage pass at Ozzfest 2003, and was playing video games with Shadows Fall. He also met Killswitch Engage, and says that Howard is stone deaf. -

Well...
I met Mike Tyson, he scared the be-jesus out of me, I asked for his autograph cause I heard that the price of a convict's autograph goes up after they're killed in a jail gang bang. Im just waiting for his birthday where he'll have his brains fucked out, literally.
While I was dropping some G's in NYC I met Ally Hilfiger (Tommy's daughter), she's actually very pretty, but her friend is rough as crap. I told her I thought her decisions on Tommy's fall line were horrendous and she should have her Range Rover taken away, then I was escorted out of the Tommy Hilfiger boutique.
Ive met Kyan, Jai & Carson (My king) from Queer Eye at a NY club (same day I met AH), I was like "Darling, you are so fabulous in your...allow me to guess? Roberto Cavalli blazer, Dior t-shirt and Dsquared shoes & jeans?" I nailed it on the head, and I almost nailed Carson.
That's about it, but I plan to meet Ryan Phillipe & Brad Pitt and turn them gay. -

Wow. I haven't met very many famous people at all. The only person that comes to mine is John Earwood or something like that, he was a punter for NC State. He was my counselor at the YMCA, he was pretty cool. I had no idea who he was though, lol. -
