(Archive) Advertising District / Tropical Dreams Florida

Tropical Dreams Florida is still in contruction and is moving along nicely. It is about 40% - 50% complete. There are six sections in the park, each unique in its own way.
This park has been going on for a long time and I honestly think I might finish this one. Virus is will most definetly be reworked on as it is old and not my best work. Anyway onto the screen.

This is the section, Jericho. Yes I know that is the city in Palestine and that is what I am sort of trying to go for. Of course you can tell the architecture is not the same, but key elements such as the wall will be in there. This section was really fun to make, and I think it is some of my best work.

I will post another screen perhaps next month. I don't really want to show too much this time as I have some new rides and ideas. Oh and I will change the happland sign also. Thanks again to Hpg for the logo.

Beautiful, easily your best work. It glows with beauty, its very welcoming, and that wave swinger is impressive! The name is fitting, and the logo is nice, great work HPG. IMO this is the most impressive are cee tee screen I've seen for a long time.

Just one thing, the Egyptian thing in the centre of the screen look awkward, if you got rid of that, the screen would be perfecto. Keep it up!

That looks really good! You've got a very creative mind. First the hanging baskets, and now a working "Wave Swinger". I'm very impressed. I do have one suggestion though, and it's pretty tiny. I'm not feeling the use of the Roman Fences on your buildings, they look a bit out of place. And I think the plants encroach on the path a litte too much.

And I can't forget the mention: I love your logo. Very beautiful.

That wave swinger is immense. You need to release some of this stuff - it's all good!

I have always been a big fan of your work, and finally now i see that you are showing us some of the things you can do with RCT. You do indeed have a very creative mind, and you now have the skills to pull off the ideas while keeping it all looking aesthetically pleasing. Well done.

The foliage is easily the best thing about this screen, i love it. Very nice flower colours and tree placement.

The logo looks wonderful as well.

9/10. I love it! The only thing that I'm not feeling is the use of zero-clearenced plants and such on the path. That egyption column, the shrubs, yeah you know, they look lost.

Other wise this stuff is great and the logo is beautiful.

Nice buildings, great tree selection, and the hacked swinger is amazing. Great work there, dude.

Great atmosphere throughout, I like the theme choice,
and the architecture looks beautiful.

One thing though. I think you should pick either yellow or purple.
As is, it looks like a Lakers themed area, unfortunately.

Anyway, I'm interested to see what else you have in store for is,
and oh yeah, the logo is poifect.

because of the yellow and purple flowers. That's what he said.

But the flowers are more purple-bluish.

I've told you on AIM that I love the park, but I just don't get how it is Jericho. Maybe its just me, but nevertheless, it's looking good.
