    I'm going to attempt this for probably next year in Park Wars. I have an idea of how to do it, and its not set scenery base height.

    well i know it sound like a good idea but setting base height = error trapper so unlucky for you your idea wont work.The only way to do it would be.....no way cos its pretty much impossible without coaster merging with each other etc.
