And the moment of truth...
VOLCANO: THE BLAST COASTER, Paramount's Kings Dominion
Recreated by Blast Coaster
Wow! What a project! Being my personal number one coaster, I was disappointed when I first got into NoLimits that Volcano had never been recreated, atleast not accurately. I waited until my skills got up to where they are now before even attempting this coaster, and this recreation has been an enjoyable challenge.
Although there were a lot of details that I could have saved for a second version of the recreation, I decided not to leave anything out for the first version. You'll find every support; accurately-timed speeds; and furthermore, accurate statistics.
Most of all, I hope that you'll take away a little bit of my love for this coaster from the recreation if you haven't ridden the actual coaster, or find the recreation to match everything you remember exactly if you have had the privilege. Sorry though, no pyrotechnics at the moment.
Finally...

The next recreation I will be releasing will be for S&S Power's Screaming Squirrel, and I have just released four new screens of it:

Thanks. SS actually does have brake sections, but they don't show up in the simulator for some reason. Possibly because of their shortness. -

Brilliant. Simply brilliant.
Only those who have tried to make a coaster in NL will understand how great this coaster is. I could barely make a straight line in that game.
Unfortunatly, I can't 'ride' it (lost the game when I had to re-set my entire comp), but from the screens, there looks to be very few flaws. The last drop right before the station seemed a little steeper when I rode Volcano, and I'm not sure that first turn really sweeps out that far, but who cares.
BTW, I never remembered a landscaping tool that allowed you to make mountains or water like that, is it a new feature or something?
