Rollercoaster FREAK Offline
Ooo! Finally an update from Tyandor! You don't see this everyday. So far in that screen, there isnt anything to critisise on. It looks really good. And by any chance is this the Italian Job: Stunt Track inspired coaster? Also the roof of the building looks really good. I wish I could build like that. -

Well, I've been working on it a bit lately and I have something for you all:
It's supposed to look like a railroad depot, but housing the coaster trains.
Neato. This of course isn't my favorite project of yours ( ) but none the less I'm interested in seeing it come around after all this and Soul Calibur are neck in neck in seeing how long a park can be streached out for. Tho one of those is partially my fault. haha.
Cool screen though, love the sorta "round house"/"station" style train storage system, very nice. But what's with the blank space in the upper right!?

I must say this is one of those ongoing projects that keeps getting better as time goes on, and because its taking a long time to complete, I anxously await its completion. What you have in that latest screen of yours is a storage shed, but its theming concept makes it probaby more exciting than the best screens of many other parks. Its things like that that make a park great, a great conceptual idea matched in greatness with execution. You, Corkscrew, and Xcoaster keep this game alive for me with your concepts.
Only thing I have to suggest is to try to configure a catwalk system in there, whether it be with wooden coaster track or quartertiles. And maybe cap those cylinders off in a different color; many times a real theme park will sacrifice total accuracy of a theme to be more pleasing to the eye. -

I don't like the brown silos (maybe?) back there, but the rest looks pretty good... I'dve expected better from you, but it's a break from your normal, so that's good to see.
Not a bad screen... could be better though. I do like the station building, but not much other than that. -

Yeah, it was inspired by the Itialian Job coaster although these are dueling
Believe me: this is not incredible hard to build. It's even very basic, but you need to know how to handle your objects. I'm not working from a PT bench (although I dimported a lot of stuff over time) so you really need to puzzle.Neato. Only corkscrewed is one year ahead of EGAS and SC, so we don't even do it that bad, lol.
btw, it wouldn't be a screen of me if it was finishedI must say this is one of those ongoing projects that keeps getting better as time goes on, and because its taking a long time to complete, I anxously await its completion. IMO concept is most important. If you realize that and can handle your objects you can create this stuff, but you need to use the right approach.
I'll look into the catwalk system and the other suggestions.I don't like the brown silos (maybe?) back there, but the rest looks pretty good... I'dve expected better from you, but it's a break from your normal, so that's good to see.

It might not be the most spectacular screen, but it does exactly what it is supposed to do. -

You know my thoughts on this Tyandor- having seen the park first-hand i can almost guarentee a spotlight out of it, it by far surpasses anything advertised anywhere at the moment. It will get finished btw, Ive agreed to help out in one of the areas and Ty has everything else sorted. Honestly, this has the potential to be the best RCT2 park ever- just you wait.

I'm glad to see this project still alive, even if parts are outdated. As for the screen, it is a really good display of concept and realism, but not as good as some other parts of the park imo. But overall, I can't complain too much, as long as this thing gets finished of course. -

Like I allready said on Miracles, it's nice.
But...the silo's are very ugly!
Delete them, where you need them? -

Is there a reason for sooo many transfer tracks?
The silos would look better if there was a rounded top on them -

Yup, there is. It's a racing coaster and it needs two tracks each to hold the cars. The trains easily fit on the transfer track since it uses the minicoaster(car) with 3 cars, so maybe the transfer get slightly smaller since I built it before I could test the track.
Unfortunately I don't have much freedom in dimporting objects anymore since I've done that so many time already and it all has become a bit tight. If you don't know this bench you would have a hard time getting around with it. I don't think I'll delete the silos, but I might add some detail to them. -

So, any updates?
Erg Why get my hopes up that Ty might have actually have updated this topic? When all it is some pointless bump. -

Your first post on this board and it is a bump? Your threading on thin ice here fella. Call it a miracle that the flame eruption hasn't blown that tiny border you are in. There are some rules on the board you know.
Anyway I haven't touched this park in ages, but I want to have it rolling again after H2H4 (it just has to be finished), but I already sent out some help calls. X250 already helped out a little on the Aquarius coaster, but don't think he had an easy time doing if you ask me. Just try to build upon my current standards I want to have with this particular object selection and you have quite a challenge. A lot of objects I would like to use aren't simply there and can't be added since it's already quite dimported to the max. Kumba might be helping too.
Ride6, if you are reading this, I gladly accept the offer you made in Egg's topic. I prefer to have this sucker out before it's fourth anniversary. It's isn't that much area to be filled, but it's just hard to fill. Good thing is btw that my new study is way easier on me than my previous one and that I have more energy left even while I'm actually doing more for it (the 4 hour traveltime every day was one of the things that broke me). The difference is that I don't have to get up at 6AM and being back at home at 8PM (my longest days where like that). I like my new study a lot better. -

Glad that your days are "lighter"...just a question...more or less, how much have you done of this park?(percentage) -

Hard to say actually, but if we take an estimate on the amount of land back I should say something like 70%. That's after the bit of flooding I did to reduce the size a bit. -

Tyandor, do i have the latest version of this file or do you? (Do you have the version with the Aqua-coaster launch tunnel that i made?).
