Update
Construction in turn 2 is complete and turn 3 is nearly complete. The below SS is the entrance for "Sears Point Raceway" designed by myself.
rwadams will be working on the park later next week and we hope to have some completed SS's of his coasters soon.

Wow.. I like how the coaster swoops around over the path.. and your architecture style is perfect for this theme. That looks like one huge go-karts track.. but I suppose you can't expect something pitiful from a NASCAR themed park. I love the checkered tarmac under the path - looks like tires. You might want to add just a little more landscaping though. -

This is the problem we are experiencing right now. We are watching the object count and we need to ensure we can finish the park. With this in mind, we are adding just enough to get it looking good until we are done with all the sections. Once we complete the park in this fashion, we will go back and add detail where we need to. It's a fine balance between the two.You might want to add just a little more landscaping though.

Please tell me that you are going to hack the go-karts so that they run on their own. If not, then the track is just acts as another peice of scenery. -

So uh, when do you think this park might be finished and sent in or be available for the masses?

The park is back to rwadams to finish up. I know he still needs to finish his PT entry but we could be done by early June.So uh, when do you think this park might be finished and sent in or be available for the masses?

Marshy - check your PM box.
Jacko - If you like that small portion of the coaster, I'm sure you will like the rest (I hope)
Thanks again for the support guys. -

wow...that coaster on the left looks amazing...love how it comes over the path like that.....the bldg looks ammculate, theres nothing I can find wrong with it....landscaping is well done too....is the mowed-grass a landtype, path or object??....cause I've only seen it in this park and it really gives a polished look....nice job guys, again.... -

If you want to enable the test feature on those go-karts, you can change the track type to something like crooked house to make it invisible and have test mode, and then build another go kart track that has the same layout as the now invisible one and lower the whole thing with 8 cars. It may not sound practical, but in my experience I have not found a way to have a testing mode on go kart track. Also, you may want to build the track that will eventually be lowered before making the real one ivisible just so it will be easier to see. -

Way to go Phatage for learning how to do whatever the heck the above does, 'cos it's probably cool (based on various hacks I've seen in the past), but all I know is I'm confused...don't waste your time on me explaining - trust me.
NW, if the above helps you...more power to ya.

rog, if you can make then go, go for it cause I still have no clue what to do.
Thanks JKay - As for the grass, it's just normal grass that I mow using the 8 cars trainer prior to taking a SS as it looks much better this way. Again it's the little things that we feel are important to the park. The bad side to this is that we will have a shit load of handyman hired to keep the grass looking this way after the park is completed.
Phatage - Thanks for the lesson. It's a good thing rog understood as I'm still confussed but I think I could have worked thru it though

Well after many requests for a media fly over of the park to see how the construction was proceeding, park officials arranged for a helicopter fly over for select media members. Regrettably, the weather did not cooperate with park officials as a dense fog bank rolled in resulting poor picture qualities.
The below photo is of the lift hill for "The Rock" and you can also make out the surrounding area (sorta).
We apologize for the bad weather and poor photo but we hope to have another photo day in the near future.

Pretty slick rctnw.....just enough to keep people interested without giving away too much.....you're a smart advertiser.....screen looks nice.....this park appears to be loaded with coasters and attractions....I'm hooked.... -

From what I can see, it looks pretty cool. I like that large tower-thingie, and quad duelers are always impressing.
However, I very much dislike the landscaping and foilage. Not the grass parts, but the parts with randomly jagged land with random land textures and randomly placed skinny, tall, pale palms and 1/4 trees. You did the same in Pacific Island... I'm not sure on the look your going for, but it's not very pretty.
I think you should atleast add some more full and lower, greener trees, and put some more thought into the landscaping and foilage placement. -

Look's like the park's coming along pretty good. I'm sure this park will be infinetly more exciting than actually watching NASCAR on TV. This park gives me an idea for a future park...Formula 1 anyone?
