The topic title says it all.
If this has been answered before, please forgive me 'cos I just haven't seen it.

Do not use the "own all land" feature while still in the SE. Once you are out of the SE, you can then use the own all land and it will give you all the land less the path to the entrance gate. I'm not sure how to fix it though once you are out of the SE.
