The hotel is ok - I mean, when you compare it to the nept entries for that round it's nothing too special but it's nice. As for the other screens... I'm sorry but I don't like them. If it has to be big for detail, fine, but there's hardly any double wall or quarter tile detail at all... and I also think that to split the path leaving a one wide path and then on the other side 7 or so wide is a bit... silly.
Everyone else seems to like it though so just ignore me. -

No, I'm not going to ignore your opinion. It matters to me, oddly enough. The hotel is ok - I mean, when you compare it to the nept entries for that round it's nothing too special but it's nice. The wide ass paths I can easily explain. Main Street may not be this wide in real life, but I need mine to be. Parades and crowds must make their way down this street, and a view of the castle from Town Square and the Disneyland Hotel are very important. If I made the paths tighter, it would feel cramped and ruin the atmosphere.
You'll understand when I show the finished Main Street. It's looking very nice now.
As for the double wall comment, just about every wall in this park is double walled, especailly the Disneyland Hotel and City Hall. The lack of 1/4th tile detail is because I prefer full tile objects because they hog up more space. I do have alot of 1/4 tile scenery in place though, but it's mostly gardens so far. Nothing real exciting yet.
I finished the Storybook Store (rounding off Town Square finally) and The Disney Gallery next to the Emporium. No new screens will be shown until Main Street is completely done. -

This park is no longer TT. The only thing I will miss from TT is the Oak Barrel ride I was going to use for my Brother Bear rapids in Critter Country. And a bush or two.
Castle Question: What Disney princess have not been done in the RCT community? I'm considering Sleeping Beauty Castle from Disneyland Paris, Beauty and the Beast Castle from the Storybook Land Canals in Disneyland Paris, and an original Snow White Castle.
And Walt, thanks for the comment, but I'm nowhere near as good as Mike or half the members on this site. -

Mad Dawg, the park is very nice. It has such a realistic feel to it and not many other parks have that. But in keeping with realism, you've also managed to make the park very Disney.
Great work. When will more be posted, hm?

The hotel? It looks stunning.

Either way, looking great, keep up the great work.
Oh, little hint of what I tend to do. In gardens always put a tree or a bush (or both) with a set of flowers and never put two colors together against each other, always seperate them with another bush or tree. Just thought I would share what I do, as I think it looks nice. But keep up the great work!

Scott, you did a Six Flags park? Where? When?
I read in Meretrix's "Phantasia" topic that a collabo between the two of you was possible. Is this true, hm? If so, I believe it is a bad idea. Your style is very realistic and clean. Meretrix's is more fantasy. Don't get me wrong, the park would be great, but I believe that your styles would clash for the worse.

Why does everyone keep bringing Six Flags over Florida up? For me, that park was nothing more than a stepping stool to this one. I had always wanted to do a full blown Disney park, but I didn't have skill enough to do it so SFOF was more practice than anything else. I never finished it. It is just sitting in my landscape folder.....i agree with Fatha too its not as good as your other park Six Flags but i like the hotel
Little update: I've begun work on Snow White Castle (No, RaoulXpres, I'm not copying you). Snow White and the Seven Dwarves was Walt Disney's first feature-length animated film, so this castle is kind of a dedication to him and that film. The castle is about 40% done and is heavily based on Cinderella Castle at Walt Disney World and Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Anaheim.
No screens. You gotta wait until the park is done for the castle.
