The print screen button is not working for me, at leat I think that's what it is, it is also F2 but there is a little icon of a printer on it.

^Print Screen is the key directly above "Insert" (which is the top left-hand key in the block above the arrow keys.) Then you need to load an imaging program and paste the shot from your clipboard.
