Joey how did you get your icons so big? they're so pretty.

Under Display Properties, go to the Appearance tab and then the effects button.

Then just check "Use large icons".

Also, you can vastly improve the appearance of text in XP by clicking the dropdown menu for smoothing the edges of screen fonts and selecting "ClearType". This may cause a slight noticeable dip in system performance if your system has somewhat lower end specs.

Because there are windows processes which do not show up in the taskmanager I think.
