I don't get what half of that stuff on there is anyway. -

I've got links for the desktop itself (Random Wallpaper, Edit sources, Reload), as well as links for NE (You can see those), and then links for SomethingAwful.
The box that says this rocks is a notepad, of sorts. It remembers anything I put in there.
I've got links to all five of my drives in the top right.
My Rainlendar in the bottom left.
And then on the bottom is the address bar of awesome... if I want to open a link, I can just throw it in there and hit enter. -

actually, he didn't.Adix started the Rainlendar trend!
anyways.
adix, your desktop is so cluttered! how do you operate in that setting.
and adix, if you actually have three drives or so how much space do you have in them? -
JBruckner Offline
the person who made it!?actually, he didn't.
anyways.
Who did?
i started using it when i saw it on another site. -

You started using it when I told you where to find it, tool.
SFK was showing me desktop themes one day, and Rainlendar was on one. SFK helped me find it. SFK is god. However, on NE, I was the first one with it.
SomethingAwful has the best fucking forums ever.
If you want clutter, you should have seen the default look for it.
Edit: Oh yeah, drives.
C: is it's own physical drive, it's the 40gb that came with the computer.
D: and E: are the same physical drive, a 60gb that I partioned into a 40 and 16.
Between the three of them, I've got 17.22gb left to fill with nonsense. D:'s only got 2.04gb left, because I've been using Bittorrent like a bandit. Every Calvin and Hobbes from '85-'95, anyone?
Though I also have 75 gigs of space to mess with on the network... but I hate the network, it just makes this thing run slower.

a more correct statement would be: you were the first one who posts thier desktops to use it.
nevertheless you are right, i think. -

Use XP's active desktop, and TSDesk (http://www.tsdesk.com)how do you get all that stuff on your desktop the way it is..? Looks useful.
HTML / CSS, and probably some Javascript knowledge are a must... I can also send you the HTML I used, but I hacked the fuck out of it. -

Actually I technically used it too at about this time last year. Back when I was big into skinning my dtop. Actually it was right after I left NE for like a 6 month break. But since Adix was first to post it he gets the claim to fame. Well not really. BTW adix everything on your desktop now could be done more easily with one program rather then using html and stuff for it. -

What's more easy than having 100% control over the entire thing?Actually I technically used it too at about this time last year. Back when I was big into skinning my dtop.
