A: Yes, your answer was weak. The bible is meant for spiritual enrichment and spiritual truth, not scientific fact. Beleiving in evolution, I admit there is a chance that some other theory might be correct/more correct than the current one, and await scientific evidence to consider such theories. You, on the other hand, fail to even consider the fact that anything other than something written 2000 years ago might be right, no matter what evidence comes to light, etc.

Thanks man. Tight. Didn't mean to start a debate but I found out who's worth talkin' to and who's not!! And Top Gun, we have observed evolution on a microbiological scale, as well as evidence of pre-human hominids that became extinct when humans came to power. I don't want to start anything, but I would suggest you go and read about what is REALLY happening out there in the scientific world. I never said you have to believe it, but know both sides of something before you pick one.

Do you believe in an afterlife? Why or Why not?

I do believe in an afterlife, mostly as a reassurance that there is some point to my life currently. If all there was was simply pleasing others, I don't think it would be worth it. Mm... that sounds mean actually. But yeah, the afterlife is kinda like a reward for good behavior. I guess I'm also a bit afraid that this really may be the only thing there is, and there isn't going to be anything after death.

But it's alot more optimistic to think that what I'm doing now has a purpose, I think.
Not to mention that Heaven is a very strong motivator towards making the right decision. Not that I only do it to get the "reward."
Bah, I'm contradicting myself.

A: I can't drive any kind of car! I have no interest in it, really. I much prefer to walk, or, if speed is an issue, ride a bike. Assuming neither is possible (which it frequently is in Tampa), I just ask for a ride.
