Yes, forget about Park Wars. Or, do them at the same time. Eyekons will knock ya' socks off!
I voted for the Icons, supportin' mah future team, and because Blood Island was just awesome overall compared to Kauri Cliffs. -

TPM, you were not screwed. You never told me exactly what you wanted to do to the park. You told me the fountain you wanted. Thats all. Perhaps I forgot some of the other stuff in all my stress to get the park done by myself. Give me a link to whatever other ideas you had, and I will take that last comment back.
About this being a group park....... well, now that is hardly so. Usually a duo requires both members to take part in about half the park. I did over 90% of the park. Does one member doing a little bit on the park and then telling the other member to do exactly what he wants done to the park sound much like a partner project to you? This was my park. Now I do understand that you got bogged down with school work, and I do respect you for putting more important things in front of games and liesure time. You however have no idea how hard or how stressed I got over finishing this thing. This is not near what I could have made it, nor is what I wanted it to be. I did what I could with the time given. I am quite busy as well you know. I dont get home till after eight most nights, and I had to work on this on top of my homework.
Now. Do I really think my skills and ideas are so much better than yours? Your architecture annhilates mine. That entrance of yours is far superior to that other crap I added in. And, just so you know, I am on these boards AND aim all the time. I just dont post very much anymore. If you really dont want to be on my H2H team, that can be arranged. I still want you on my team very much, but then again, I am sure there are some good trade possibilities out there, if you wish. You also dont know what you are talking about if you think I havent done anything for this H2H3 team. I have attempted many trades, acquired a very good replacement for deanosrs (although I have to clear it with iris first), and have MANY ideas on how to make our team one of the best.
Next. Did I not try and contact you, or give you a saying in this park? If you looked, I asked in the H2H forums if you wanted to take the park for a while. You never answered.
Look, I am sorry you feel like you got screwed. You were not. If you still feel that way though, do you think I didnt feel quite screwed when you just about TOTALLY re-did my hotel for The Burning Secret? The very big grand hotel, that I spent so very long on, and added in tons of cool waterways and junk? Anyway, I am sure this is just a very big missunderstanding. You have now heard my side of the story. We cool?
EDIT- Oh, yes, something I wanted to clear up: About the cusom rides, the reason there are no 'seats' is becasue my lovely Beast Trainer all of a sudden decided not to do that particular hack. So, in my time predicament, settled for coaster track, which I thought worked....... decently.
Icons, great park, you deserved the win. Two years in a row, geez. Just wait 'till H2H3. -

Well I'm a little fatigued after that last season. Personally I'd rather put some time into Park Wars rather than jumping right into another H2H season. Try something different for a little while. But I see your point and I'm glad you're excited about H2H. I'm wondering if the teams we have now are sufficient or if people have changed their minds in the past couple months as people did with H2H2. Will we have to re-draft?Yes, forget about Park Wars. Or, do them at the same time. Eyekons will knock ya' socks off!

The thing is Butta' this wasn't your park. There was really no valid reason for you to take out my Floorless, IMO it was a lot better then what you replaced it with. If you had kept that and the other stuff I had started then this wouldn't be a case of 90% to 10%. Maybe you had your reasons for demolishing it but why was it so hard to tell me you had done it if you are on AIM and the boards all the time as you claim. I thought it was pretty obvious what I had planned for my side of the park, there was a test screen of random architecture in our forums and I assumed you would have seen it and at least tried to finish my part up to what I had started, then the park wouldn't have looked so randomly mashed together.
Now as for BS, that was solely my park so if you thought I would just leave something I didn't like as it and release it like that then you are very wrong. I hardly changed anything to your hotel anyway, the difference between the two is pretty minimal, all I did was make the hotel more feasible in real life, adding balconies and grand suits. I also changed some of the colours to fit my taste but other than that it's pretty much unchanged. This isn't about a year old hotel anyway.
As for H2H3 I am happy to be on your team, it has a lot of good individuals and as you are not building parks for us this won't happen again. I just hope you do have a lot of good ideas and communicate with the members better then with me. -

actually, when you got that mine train from a different station, the mine train started floating... and it lowered the intensity lots.. Consider it what you want, but those ratings aren´t legimate, they would be around 12/13 with a normal station. The booster thing makes it all a reasonable choice i guess.. oh well.. who am i kidding.. *falls down. The comment by WME though has really moved me to reply because frankly I don't know what you're talking about. There is a track merge so the boosters will work, but that's the only hack on the coaster. The intensity is not cheated in any way at all. There's no trackless hack at all. It's just a train on coaster track. I suppose the train does ride slightly higher on corkscrew track than minetrain track. I thought that looked slightly odd myself, but everyone has to make compromises. I wanted a loop and the only feasible way to do it was with boosters. I'm not going to critisize your interpretation. Everyone sees the game in their own way. But jeez man, I didn't design the game. It's not my fault that Chris Sawyer didn't see fit to include wheels on the trains. If that really concerns you I'd say you're worrying to much about hacking for the sake of hacking and not enough about the imaginative fun aspect of the game. The skill with which a hack is pulled off only matters when it detracts from the theme, fun, enjoyment, whatever. If it did for you then I guess there's nothing I can do about it. You're not wrong to think that, I just don't understand that way of thinking at all.
it´s good that you didn´t design the game tho =S. -

The Icons take the win. The hacking was just plain awesome. Great Work...
Mean Green is a bit boring, the person who made that should start learning how to name things. -

Well, you may be right. The stats do depend on the ride type and I'll never know what the stats would have been if it had a different station because it isn't possible to have a minetrain station on that coaster. The floating doesn't lower the intensity at all though. The game doesn't know that the trains are floating, it thinks they look normal. But really the stats are the least of my concerns. It's just one more reason why I say stats are worthless. I cheated them without even knowing it! It's not enough to have a decent intensity, now hacking isn't allowed either because the stats aren't legitimate? Bah, I give up. I'm sure you're right, you've obviously put more thought into it than me. I say once you start hacking the game, stats no longer serve a purpose. Without peeps stats don't serve a purpose even. There are many better ways to evaluate a coaster. You should know that WME, I've seen your coasters. If you were that worried about stats you wouldn't put those curved unbanked drops in there that make them look cool.actually, when you got that mine train from a different station, the mine train started floating... and it lowered the intensity lots.. So anyway, I really believe that parkmaking has become too much about technique and not enough about having a good time. We all build parks cause it's fun right? And we would do it whether there was a spotlight or not. So that's why I have to disagree with you on this issue WME. Because I build coasters without even thinking about the stats. If they turn out, great. If they don't, I'm not going to lose sleep over it cause I like 'em anyway.
Free your mind. It's okay to be sloppy once in awhile. Just do your own thing, and people will respect you. -

all i´m saying is that in SOME parks, like in a particular one i´m making, it would be cheating the ratings if i put different stations in.. IF.. yes.. it just seems that way. It´s like putting a whole bunch of vertical loops in to increase X ratings. "as theming" yup, that´s the catogory i put it in. And since i still make my coasters below 10 intense even in realistic parks, i´d say most people still care a little bit about ratings.. don´t you hate it when there´s a 16 intense coaster in a park? i do. oh well..

For what it's worth, I voted for Blood Island.
It was a hard choice, both parks didn't really appeal to me. -

I'm happy we won, but with that comes the sadness of leaving the teammates i've been working with for so long...lol u won, what u unhappy for? plus, iris' team is stacked already, if he had you, we might as well not even play.
And Iris has still managed to get away with getting croky AND foozy next season...how any of the other captains didn't stop him is anyone's guess!

I'm sorry guys, there was supposed to be a readme file with Blood Island containing the following information:If you'd like to view the park in the best way possible, you'll need the proper soundtrack. Here's what to do:
1)Go to the OC Remix website and download the track titled 'Monkey Brain Soup for the Soul' (http://www.ocremix.o...?mixid=OCR00799). It's a 6mb file so it will take a while to download (this is why it isn't included in the zip file).
2)Open the file in your favorite media player but don't start it yet. Just get it ready.
3)Open up the park and turn off the ride music on '=The Cannibals of Blood Island='. Unpause the park until the opening message finishes, then pause the game and press Alt+Tab to select your media player.
4)Press play on the track then immediately press Alt+Tab again to get back to the game and unpause it.
That's it, the ride is much more enjoyable when you have music to go along with it. You can of course select your own music if you'd like to, this is just the music I recommend. It's the right length and it fits the theme. Oh, and try some more songs from OC Remix while you're at it. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
That's what I meant when I was talking about a soundtrack. There was a bit of a miscommunication there. Please do try it with the soundtrack if you're able to. As I said before, it really adds a lot to the park.
Also, if you want the file that should have been in the zip file you can get it here: (Use Save Target As). It was my fault it's not there. Sorry everybody, hopefully a few of you will read this.
