Well I didn't intend for this to be ruins. It's a temple and tomb, which dont have to be ruined ;-)
  • lazyboy97O%s's Photo
Ah, but Indian Jones is an archiologist so you prolly won't find him running around a newly build temple.
  • RaoulXpres%s's Photo
Yes but legend says that the Curse sucks the life out of intruders and in turn, the temple remains intact. There is a way around everything when it comes to Disney ;-)
  • Fatha'%s's Photo
But what if nobody goes into the Temple?? And then, if it sucks the life out of you how would you get out when you ride the ride??
  • RaoulXpres%s's Photo
Jesus. People always go into the temple because there treasure that everyone thinks they can get by escaping the curse. Of course, none do.

Riders however, escape the temple with the help of Indiana Jones.

Hasn't anyone else ridden a Disney ride? This storyline is so predictable!!!

I know, like Temple of Peril right? I rode that at Disney Paris and that was the similar kinda story. The area is nice but a little variation is needed, otherwise nice atmosphere.

I love the Indiana Jones ride but I detest the colours on the Barnstormer thing. Space mountain looks wicked though. So it is quite a good park despite the above things.

Well, there seems to be an outlash at Disney parks that aren't being made by those that are the "elite" or whatever. So, I'm not sure...I've been afraid to continue updates on this post.

Then, I came to the conclusion that I don't care what everyone else is doing. I first bought RCT becuase I wanted to make disney parks, I am obsessed with Disney parks and anythign Disney, so f*** it. I wanna do a Disney park and I'm going to.

I don't know if anyone even cares, haha, but heres an update on Fantasy Land. The area is almost complete. Tomorrow Land is also almost complete, but no screens of that yet.

    Screen 1: Fantasy Land Theatre
    Fantasy Land 1
Screen 2: Teacups, Dumbo's Flight, and King Arthur's Carousel
    Fantasy Land 2

Take into consideration this is a small park, not a normal Disney park size. Mostly becuase I didn't want to start a big project and not feel like finishing it.

The Theater looks really bad. Buildings are too blocky. However, I like the colors you've choosen. I'd just go back and redo the theater, at least. Don't get discouraged though, this could be a decent park.

Nice curtains! I think the theater looks pretty nice - it'd be cool to have a more elaborate front, but hey. The building at the top of the second screen is very nice.

    Keep it up! :)

    Short and Sweet....

    Tomorrow Land nearing completion....

    Tomorrow Land 1
    Tomorrow Land 2

Also, I agree that the theater sucked...so I redid it.
    Fantasy Theatre - outside
Fantasy Theatre - Under the Roof

Please, the more suggestions and comments, the better I can make this park and the better I become.

Tomorrow Land looks pretty cool and I like the color schemes you have going in this park.

The theatre looks ok as is, but I think that if you got rid of the roof it would look better. An outdoor auditorium type thing.

    Meh, your choice. Good Job.

Good that you'll continue with this park, because I like the screens...
The only major tip I can give you, is height variation...for example in your pathing (!) and landscaping...this would give it more depth and will make it looks tons better...

Tommorow Land looks fantastic - can't wait to see the finshed park!

Clean lines, solid color scheme. I really like your Tomorrowland. Fantasy Theatre is interesting. What exactly goes on in there? I like the interpretation of a theatre curtain, and the thrust on your stage is very nice. If it will be seen by we the peeps, maybe add a little more detail at the top, but if it's covered then nevermind.

sloB - I looked at the theater for like 10 minutes without the roof, just the bottoms of the pillars as decorations, and it looked good. Only thing is, It looked weird being a very detailed stage with a red curtain yet an outdoor auditorium. I thought it was too contradicting....maybe not..

SF - thanks, and yeah I know right now the park is very flat. I'm not sure If im going to put a lot of height variation being that I've done a lot of the park so far, but i will take that into consderation on my next project.

dragonfly - thanks and I'll send you that scenery piece as soon as I get a chance

Gatecrasher - thanks that makes me feel wanted....haha

Meretrix - The theater is home to the Snow White Musical (for the real life Disney fans, the one that will debut at Disneyland in 2004 if I'm not mistaken). It is much like the Beauty and the Beast musical currently at Disney MGM Studios in Orlando.

Thank you soo much for all the comments

Not bad... I really like the look of fantasy land! The new theater is much better... I agree with Meterix on the curtains, they look almost real (In an RCT sort of way) well, whatever... That temple though, just looks, bleh! Needs more colors

OOOoooo! I like! Tomarrow land is wonderful, could use a little more white on everything except space mountain but still :0.

I like the Indiana Jones thing except for the back side needs a balcony or two and the addition of some trees and bushes. Looks good. Fantasy theader is very nice.

When you get it done send it to Iris, i'm thinking a runner up may be in order.

Tomorrowland is lookin good and I love that Space Mountain, but Fantasyland is a no go. If you look at any Fantasyland it has a very simple, but intricant castle them. I suggest you take that root. So far your Fantasyland looks like Toontown on acid. I suggest you refine it and make it a little more elegant, and dare I say mature. Your off to a good start though. This is definately one of the better Disney parks to come out of the epidemic hitting the AD lately.
