Ask the Experts / zpanda question

Almost every park that i download has some piece of scenery that is called zpanda...(not sure whole thing). Problem is whenever i try to open them it says that this peice of scenery caused it to not be able to open. is there a way i can take care of this? and by the way, what piece is it?

P.S. this also happens with amazing earl's spinning cups
