The fences around the water are ugly. How can guests see the water well if it goes up and down?

I dont like it. Too busy and weird, and i dont love the colors.

Yes, the colors are horrible.

The circle windows in RCT should just be deleted from your object folder.

The fences around the water should be changed, like AK said.

The flowers are too predictable and not pretty like they should be.

I don't like the use of Toon's steps, and the roof on that middle building, made out of 1/4 blocks, needs to go.

It looks fine. The only thing I don't like are the brown pirate rooves. I'd change them to a more basic style roof. I just hate pirate rooves. Dunno why!
