General Chat / RCT timeline

I'm Not sure if this has been done before but it sounded like a good idea.

Now I've only really been in the rct community for about 5 months so i don't really know anything major or when it happened, so heres the idea; all the pros seniors post major events that happened in the rct community and roughly when it happened amd i will go back and edit the post ok?

so I'm guessing the start would be around january 1999?

1999:

2000:

2001:
January: RCTstation opens
13th October: RCTM founded, perhaps the most famous and productive club.
31st August: Mantis, a key figure, enters the Rct community.

2002:
April: New Element Founded.
September 15th: IOAH is released as a spotlight.

2003:

Go to the News forum from the beginning to get all of the spotlight stuff...I wasn't at Danimation, so when I first came here, IOAH was the spotlight. Since then, everything has been good. Yay.

Um, how about when they were released? Those dates were pretty important, because without the game being released, this site, and others would most likely not exist.

Anywho, October 13'th 2001, the RCT Masters comes into play (first RCT Club).

Mention Danimation, and the spotligts, RCTStation.
Expansion packs released. Etc..

October 1999: SACoasterFreak Enters the scene. (This is the single most important date in RCT/Parkmaking history)
December 1999: SACoasterFreak is banned from Danimation for the first of many, many times.
January 01, 2000: SACoasterFreak returns to Danimation.
