No. The score the Celts were down by to begin the game vs. the Blazers. Seriously. 22-0. That's pathetic. -

Mother fucking sonofabitch Kings!!! Dammit, we should have won that game!!!
IF....
- We played a little D
- Shaq stepped out on the pick-and-roll
- Kobe was less selfish
- Bibby died
- We did something against Peja
OR
- Kobe hadn't tried to take a stupid three at the end of the game (we were down by two dammit... just play some overtime)
We would have won. *sob*
DAMN YOU SACRAMENTO!!!! I HOPE THE MAVS KICK YOUR ASS!!! -

enough said?, no!
This is huge. No more of the "we didn't have our guys" crap too! Lakers officially suck right now, and it may not change depending on what Malone does. I was just reading ESPN and they are all about the end of the Lakers right now. Kobe to Denver, Payton and Malone gone, and Shaq as trade bait. What a difference a game makes. -

Wait wait wait....Kobe's 3 goes down and the Lakers win the title....it doesn't and they are done for the next 8 years? I think you're exaggerating. -

I hope the Lakers don't fall apart. I hate the Lakers of course, but who would I hate if there were no Lakers? Who would the villain be? Sports need good villains as much as they need heroes. Because it feels great when the good guys beat 'em. Best of luck to the Yanks. More power to the Lakers. Let them believe they've won it all so the rest of our teams can remain the rightous underdogs. It's better for all of us that way.
PS - I hope the Lakers figure out an answer to the pick and roll before playoff time because I got a little tired of seeing the same play over and over again. -

correction, ESPN is exaggerating; I got that stuff from them. Besides, it's looking like Kobe will not return (even though he is saying he will) and I don't see Phil staying if that happens. Phil will most likely go to a team that is on the brink of a title (Spurs, Mavs) so he can continue his amazing streak of riding great players and teams to the promised land .I really think the Mavs will make a run at him this offseason, there are rumors that D Nelson is gone and Cuban loves to collect all stars. -

I personally like the rumor of Riley going to Dallas. Because that would be the funniest thing ever.
Kobe's gone... it's stupid, but he's gone. I'd be cool with a Kobe for Carmelo trade. Won't happen though.
Laugh it up now, Sac-Town. You'll be crying when you blow it in the playoffs... AGAIN. -

lmfao, Kings lose to the Jazz?
Jazz is good but they have no "All-Stars" on their team other than Andrei Kirilenko.
Kings have Bibby and Peja, and they lose to the Jazz. Wow! -

Which makes it all the more embarassing that they beat the Lakers last night huh? -

It doesn't matter Cork. The Kings beat the Lakers and the Jazz beat the Kings. From now on the Jazz are the best team in the NBA... -

The Kings wern't prepared for the Jazz, thier plane didn't get in from LA until 4:30 am because of mechanical difficulties. To be honest, the Jazz are a tough team to beat as long as Jerry Sloan is thier coach. Oh well, it's why we play them 4 times a year, bound to loose one.
PS: saw the Lakers, Wizards game today, Shaq had 2 rebounds... 2 rebounds!? he's hurting and no one is saying anything. Also, another observation, Gary Payton seems to be very uninterested in playing right now. Perhaps we are seeing the ego explosion that was hinted at when these signings came down. Lakers have 4 more road games to go, lets see what happens. -

Stop with the excuses Aero.
But we did kill the Nets tonight.
Payton should have known that this was coming... IMO, if the Lakers win a title, he'll stay, but if not, he'll be selfish again. -

See this is why it's so easy to hate the Lakers. They all have egos and when it comes down to the playoffs when they need to pull together they're still thinking about themselves. As long as it's me first for Kobe and Shaq and whoever else, they'll never be greater than the sum of their parts. Which is the opposite of how it is with the Kings. Just another reason why the Kings are the good guys and the Lakers are evil. -

...except in this case, evil triumphs over good, which always seems to trip over itself when it counts... -

Well reality isn't like the movies. Evil is powerful and good doesn't always triumph. But I still have hope that good will win out in the end. -

I'm actually surprised that the Lakers won today. It's a back to back (end of a 4 in 5 days), they have a hard time gaainst the Nets, the Nets are hot, it's in NJ, yet we stomped them like some team in the olympic qualifying tourny.
Go figure. -

I have this hilarious fantasy that the Kings and Lakers meet in the Western Conference Finals. It's game seven, and Lakers are up by one. With 2.3 seconds left, Kobe misses a jumper, and Webber gets the ball. He calls timeout, forgetting that the Kings are out of timeouts. Time expires. Lakers go to the finals, win the NBA Title again.Well reality isn't like the movies. Evil is powerful and good doesn't always triumph. But I still have hope that good will win out in the end.

Now that's funny. But it's gonna be the Kings up by one, Bibby misses the 3 ptr and the Lakers fight over the rebound until time expires. Kobe karate chops Shaq who kicks Malone in the knee on the way down and then falls on top of Gary Payton.
