Man... Marlins won. That goes against my predictions...
I was screaming for Pudge to bunt. I mean, it worked for Oakland... Awesome game, though. The Marlins fans went CRAZY! -

Hmm...I'm not sure about the Cubs. While I did pick them to win the world series (at rct station), I'm not sure if Kerry Wood will beat the Braves this time... -

Wow SF is out already. I can't believe it. Just like that a 100 win season is rendered meaningless. Much postseason grief again for Giants fans. I'm happy for Pudge anyway.
Boston and Oakland are going into extra innings again! -

Now you know how we felt when the Yanks lost to the Angels last year.Wow SF is out already. I can't believe it. Just like that a 100 win season is rendered meaningless. Much postseason grief again for Giants fans. I'm happy for Pudge anyway.

Yeah, every post-season is like this really. That's why NCAA basketball playoffs are just insanity to me. Single elimination is ridiculous. -

That game had some of the strangest plays I've ever seen. Rules are rules but it was like a circus out there. All I can do is shake my head and roll my eyes. What are the chances that Tejada would stop between 3rd and home, Byrnes would forget to tag home plate, and Chavez would accidentally interfere with Varitek thereby giving him a free run and that if any 3 of those plays had turned out differently, the A's win this game. Do these types of things happen all the time in Fenway? Is this why Red Sox fans are always complaining? -

Yuck, Santana managed to give up 6 runs and the inning isn't even over. I just don't know if the Twins can come back from a deficit like that against Wells. When Wells is on he's one tough hurler, however fat and depleted he is. The Twins' strength is their defense, not their bats, but they can't play defense if their pitcher doesn't give them a chance.
