You know that I love this and I knew that once you posted a more complete screen everyone's tone would change. I still think you may be being too brave by keeping everthing on a 1/4 block level with the data limit looming over you. Guess we'll see which one of us runs into it first then. I'm glad to have given you my scenery if you're gonna make it look this great. I guess the battle for best RCT2 parkmaker is fully underway now. Pyro better release some screens soon, and I'm sure SAC and Corky will have something to say about it too. Iris, don't crown the king til you've seen everyone's work

It's pretty funky! I like all the little flames and ornaments and stuff.

I think you should hack those checkered-paths to the edge of the squares where those steps go up.

Also, i'm not too keen on that quarter-circle curved piece on top of the right-hand building from the first (well, and second) screen. It looks slightly strange placed right in front of the angled brick walls.

Ok, some replying here.

About the paths - I origionally had a plan to do more than that, but have invisible path running up the steps, so that the peeps would "climb" up them. I intend to do this within the park. They are not connected here, because the pathway to the entrance [partially seen on the corner of the screen] must be single path, and I would like to keep the park Peep-accessable.

There are no Shops in these buildings, because peeps will never step here, but everywhere else in the park, there will be stores and attractions. I will do my best to keep the roller coasters superbly unique.

Yes, the current theme is Istanbul/Constantinople.

The cuved peice may be replaced, but not likely, as it looks good from the other side (Yes, the middle buildings have equally detailed other sides ) and these buildings take very, very long to make.

Other than that, I'm glad the responsies are becoming positive, as I'm putting a lot of work into it.

Well, i have to say it looks lovely.

With so much detail, the sprite limit could well be just around the corner. But with it looking this lovely, who cares? A 50x50 like this would be amazing.

120x120ish? So, i'm guessing three large themes, plus the entrance? Or maybe the entrance as a seperate theme? Any hope of you telling us any plans?

Now that the tanned buildings have been expanded on more I am really feeling the theme. I definitely think this is the best piece of RCT2 work I have seen, ever. It's the only screen I have ever seen that has made me want to play RCT2. If every RCT2 park had this much detail, creativity and sheer genius put into it the world would be a happier place.

I don't say that in every thread. I get excited about certain very very good things, but when its bad I don't tell them like that. I try to at least raise they're spirits by giving them constructive and non-hurtful/biased criticism...unlike you.

Hmmm, I'm concidering redoing the left building in the first screen, as it is now horrible in comparison to my newer work (and even worse in comparison to work you guys aint seen).

So.. the question is this: Should I redo that building, or is it at all acceptable?
