(Archive) Advertising District / Atlantis: Reborn

Okay... changed the rocks and some of the trees. The evergreen right there that VooDoo was complaining () about is gone. Bushes and flowers have replaced some of them.

The buildings will have an overgrown look to them because it is Atlantis Reborn, like it was raised out of the Atlantic ocean or something lol.

Not too keen on the tree selection and abstract ball has got to go

Where some people say too messy and too random, I think it's perfect. The landscaping, the atmosphere, and the intense detail all add up on each other.

There are so many good things about this screen that I can think of. The huge number of wall textures, the quarter tiling, the atmosphere, the landscaping... blah blah blah yackity smackity, it's amazing.

Damn.

I like it even if it does seem a bit random. But, yeah more bushes and stuff. cant get enough of them. The colours are good too!

the first screen : i like it, it all looks good and nice

the second screen : i hate it, way too cluttered and it just looks like a load of roofs and no floors, where you can't see the start of all of the buildings, it is probably just me but i really hat it that way

the third sccreen : it [B/]looks[B] good, but that basically all that matters, the only thing i dont like is the light purple, and some of it is quite random.

Is this park still being worked on? From what has been shown thus far (really, up to 10/03/03), it was looking pretty good. If it's been cancelled, well, fooey and pleas-ah post a dl of it (that's up two you two though).

I'll consider a download, but what was there wasn't much, just the coaster and then the entrance and miscellaneous architecture. But who knows... this project may surface in other areas of my work. *hint, hint*

no color scheme in the abstract fences, pick two colors and repeat them.

and remember, repeat objects an odd number of times, (just a rule of composition in art)_

the second screen looks alot like all of your other entrances... the third screen is cool though

Wow. I can't believe people are still interested in this piece of crap. I'm pretty sure we won't be releasing a download of four buildings and some water. Besides, it would embarass us both. Wait for new solos coming from me and John if you like it that much...

Furthermore, I do believe I said it was cancelled, so I don't know why these critiques are being brought up now.

But yes, if you liked this, my style has been refined and the new theme will look better.
