(Archive) Advertising District / Mythical Gardens

I figure since my reputation and a parkbuilder is all fucked up right from the BGSS stuff i mine as well build a mini, show talant and straighten out.

Now to the park. It's nothing real big (i did say mini, no?), the map size is set at 75X75 and for the most part it'll be a garden park, consentrating on landscaping and atmosphere... I'm going for a sort of "modern classic" look here with the enterence. Enjoy, or not... It's up to you! ~ride6

Not bad but too uniform and symmetric. Vary things about a bit.

I'm really not feeling the ton of glass rooves and those spinny orb thingies. Everything else is .... meh, but maybe that'll change when the glass rooves change (if they do).

Too much glass. Get rid of the red. Use a different path. Needs more shrubs and trees.

and also, what kind of arcitechture are you going for there? it looks like a bunch of random rooves and walls mumbled together to make a building. the stuff infront of the building looks ok but thats just because you used a custom path. well actually i change my mind, i dont like any of it, mainly your wierd arcitechture.

I think the red is a great colour, but just not here. Probably because you have about 4 other colours.
There's too much abstract roofing as well....

However, the structure is very good imo. A few things to sort out, but very good nonetheless.

As for the park.

Kill the balls, they're annoying, also try not to have the damn light blue everywhere, it's annoying. Less abstract stuff. And finish the screen next time please. Pretty good none the less thought. Sorry if that came off obnoxious. I'm peeved at RyanB122 right now, he's you're fucking sheep...

Well I like it, although the colors are a bit off IMO. I think it could use some theming objects, but I don't think there's anything wrong with the architecture form.

I changed the colors after getting on earlier and seeing all the changes to be made. This time the screen is finished (other than some small bits around the edges)... Comments?

Colors still need a little work, but the actual architecture itself isn't too bad.

It's definitely better. Those towers from the roof are a bit too tall, and it's still hard to pick out the colour scheme. Sort that out and it will be much better

I was referring to the blue that's scattered around. And the happy place is fine because that's deliberately different. The fact that I've lost my LL disk is another matter though...

That last screen was MUCH better.
