It's not my fault the're poor so why should I care, and give my money to them.

I don't 'care for and sponser' starving children in Africa and other portions of the globe, however I do feel it is a problem.

We're all living on the same Earth and everyone on this Earth affects everyone else on this Earth. And if somebody is suffering, then the whole world is suffering to some extent, completely regardless of how much or how indirectly.

As such I feel it is in the best interest of everyone, for everyone to help everyone else out, however they can.

Seeing as I'm completely broke though, financial aide certainly isn't something I can provide. And if I ever stop being broke, I am still my number one priority and everyone else comes after that.

My mother however does sponser two children (one in my name, I believe) and at least thats something.

I don't sponcer them particularly, I do how ever spend atleast $30, a year to add to the donation change Jar,can bottle thingies.

So I support them with my money becuase I feel sorry for them.

Very Good Mature Point.

I say there will always be starving people, but that doesn't mean we should give up on trying to help them, and we definently should remember them the next time we complain about how much OUR life sucks, because we take alot for granted. I plan on joining one of those help the children charities where you pay like 8 cents a day once I am 18, its cheap and I'll feel good about myself

Pretty Much because i'm a totally selfish asshole. Money is a love of my life.

I don't care too much for money. Money can't buy me love.

I don't give to charities but I tip well.
